Had a bad experience renting a u-haul moving truck from this location. The truck was dirty on the inside and specially with covid-19 going around I did not feel safe. I started sneezing almost instantly. The radio did not work will definitely recommend this place this place to anyone.

Was good until the check out. It was after hours. I was ready to drop my keys in the box, then realized I had to go back to take pictures of the truck, which is when I locked the keys in the truck. I called their roadside assistance phone number, and the insurance I paid for does not cover the lockout. Now we have to wait 90 minutes in the parking lot and pay extra money for it.

Overall, not a pleasant experience, I made a reservation for a truck and an auto transport to pick up at 3 PM on Sep 19th, and the auto transport wasn't available when i reached there since the previous customer didn't return. I had to drive about 25 miles to home and back - what a huge inconvenience and waste of time. I was told that i would be given some sort of additional discount for all the inconvenience, this never happened, on top of this they made huge mess with billing and refunds (They initially billed for auto transport which i was fine with, but when i came back they said that they to bill me again for auto transport, they explained they will issue refund and bill again, what a mess). I was also told that someone would call me back and give me a detailed explanation of refunds and discounts and everything, no one did, a week i called them back asking why didn't get a call. Mark from UHaul called me from this location and said he needed to research my issue and get back and it has been 2 months, he never did, what a waste of time and effort to deal with this location. I would never rent again at this location because they don't know how to treat customers. I recommend you don't either

This really nice and knowledgeable woman name Shawn Dykman help me with my best options and was really kind and helpful she made my first time visit so comfortable and was very excited to help me she was smiling and knew everything about the storage she was so wonderful I cant thank her enough she really made it easy for me to decide thank you again Shawn ?

I have rented trucks from this location twice in the last few years, first with a bigger and then a smaller size (32 and 17'). Both times, I recieved very pleasant service. The only thing is they should get the dolly out of the bed of the trucks if you aren't using them, it is an inconvenience. For price reference, the 17 foot truck costed me around $65 locally.
