My kids really like this place. The teachers and staff understand kids. Despite other preschools having staffing issues these guys seem have no problem finding a lot of professional caregivers (there just seems to be a lot of attentive adults around wherever the kids are). The staff are friendly and kind. You always think they are having a great day, and we all know that can be hard to pull off at work!My kids are learning so much about themselves, their behavior, and the world around them. They just seem different now; they hold themselves with more self assurance and want to explore with greater curiosity. My son eats broccoli all of a sudden. Broccoli. ? ? ?

My son loves tutor time as do I! He has been going there since he was 10 months old. I was so nervous to start him in daycare but tutor time staff made the transition a breeze! They take temperatures at the door and wear masks ensuring safety during Covid. The teachers are all so wonderful and kind. The director, Jenifer, is also great. She responds to emails quickly and you can tell she really cares about the kids. I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Christina and Ms. Andrea in the infant room. They have always taken such great care of my son and you can tell they love what they do and that they truly care. Ms. Christina is always sending updates, pictures and videos through the app. She is so good at communicating and is super quick to respond through the app. Ms. Suzana is also wonderful in the toddler room. She is always teaching the kids new things. Mr. Chris is always warm and welcoming when I drop my son off. It makes saying goodbye a little easier knowing he is in good hands. The cameras are also great so I can quickly check and see what my son is up to. They provide food and diapers which is a huge perk for busy moms! I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing center. Thank you to everyone at tutor time walled lake!

My son has been attending since Oct 2020 in infant1 class when he was 5 months old. I love the ability to send messages directly to his teacher throughout the day within their BrightWheel App. Its literally like texting his teacher all day if I wanted too. The infant 1 teacher Ms. Andrea is amazing, she sends so many pictures, videos, her interactions with the babies is genuine. She is so great and communicates so well with parents. The center takes pride in sticking to your feeding schedule, and nap schedules, on top of the curriculum to allow the babies to learn and grow. My son has learned so much and is so smart because of being at this daycare. Ms Andrea does so many activities with the babies they don't just lay around on the floor. I love the access to cameras for his classroom so I can see him anytime throughout the day. The precautions the staff takes due to covid have been great also, they keep little to minimal traffic at the door for pick up and drop off. Temps are checked by each person that enters, masks are worn, the place is very clean as well. You are always greeted with a smile from each staff member. Well worth the money and highly recommended! Keep up the great work!

Being a well know organization, we expected them to take good care of our child. Right from day one there was no interaction from teachers with my kid. My main concern was irresponsible behavior from staff, even after complaining multiple times they did not care to dress her up(gloves, coats) for outdoor activity in negative temperatures. She suffered a lot with cold, her hands were frozen and turned pink. This is ridiculous, least we expect the staff to do. She came back with bruises on her face, nose when asked about it they didn't even respond.Definitely, we are very scared and disappointed by these incidents and not interested in sending our child back to any Day care for sometime. We don't want her to suffer this way, this is not acceptable.Hope you guys improve your standards and address parents concerns when reported.

Awful The new director Thinks she's a doctor! Overruled a doctor's note stating our child was alright to return... This place is unclean. Parking awful. And will take a Friday off and let you know less than 24hours notice that they will be closed. They do not know how to deal with kids empty and we had a coat hanger that the took away so you have to fight to get your items back. Go elsewhere!!! Do not be fooled by there cameras and notifications. This place is a joke!

My son (now 4) has been going to Tutor Time since I returned to work at 12 weeks. The staff there has always given the best care. If there have ever been any issues (no place is 100% perfect) I have taken them to the directors & they have addressed my concerns within hours. The activities, learning & socialization my child receives is wonderful. I will say that this specific location has gone through some staffing turn-over that has been a little challenging, but in partnership with the directors & leaders we have come together to allow my child to have a wonderful experience. We ask them to be with our children most of the day & I confidently allow this to happen day in & day out.

My son attends the before and after care program here. We love it. The busing is timely, activities are planned, snacks are provided, and he has a ton of fun! We left the public school prime time care and have been very pleased!

My daughter went to TT walled lake since she was 15 months. We are from japan so basically me and my husband speak in japanese at home. And we never talk or teaching our daughter english. But since she came to her class, she starting to speak in english, and many words she learned from the teachers. And even the words that I’m not really familiar(kids languages) so we also learned some new words from our daughter. Now she is almost 3, it’s so sad that we gonna move to another area this summer. So she might move as well to another closest day care. But I’m so thankful to all the teachers and all the staff in tutor time walled lake for taking care and teaching my daughter since the beginning. Ms. Hope, Ms. gina, Ms. grace, Ms.mary, Ms. andrea, Ms. megan(sara missed you) Ms. brittany, Ms. elda, and Ms. jenny, and every theacher that was helping. Thank you so much.

I went for a scheduled tour of the daycare facility. Upon arriving, the woman at the front desk had no idea I was coming. Apparently the assistant director had left already for the day, and the woman there had to do her best to give me the tour, even though she said she was just starting out. She didn't introduce herself, didn't shake my hand, and didn't ask me my name or anything about my child. She showed me inside only the infant room, in which she gave me very little information about their program or how they run things. I was not shown the playground area or the toddler room, or any other areas of the facility. After being there for only 15 minutes, we stood awkwardly in the infant room and she was apparently finished with whatever she was going to provide for the tour. I had to then ask for registration and tuition rates, in which she tells me she isn't sure about. She then brought me to the office to sit and wait for her to text the assistant director for that information. Upon receiving a response with the rates I asked for, she reads off the numbers to me from her phone, as I had to get a pen and write them down. She also gave me contradicting information about their availability for my infant.. I'm still not sure if what she told me means that they could take my child during the time I was seeking. Finally, while we were in the lobby area, I didn't see any staff saying goodbye or interacting with the children that were leaving, being picked up. It was an extremely unprofessional encounter, and completely deterred me from even considering them as a daycare for my child.

This is the worst daycare in the entire universe, please do not take ur kid here, my baby hated every part of this daycare, the lady that taught my kids class seperated kids by race, but every kid said that the teacher was mean to all of them, she was just racist as well, 9 parents ended up taking there kids out(black and white)from this incident, they let this teacher go but most of the teachers all have attitudes especially the director(the worst, most fake personality ever), I am pretty sure she will try to correct this now but she has already showed her true colors, every student that was taken out now goes to primetime along with my daughter, and guess what, the directors daughter also goes there, why would we trust a daycare that doesnt let her daughter go there, at primetime they actually learn something, tutortime does not tutor(how about that) they just look after the kids, the day my daughter stopped going is when she came home crying for nothing and wouldnt tell me what had happened, my daughter has a speech problem, so she cant get everything out the way she wants to, she just cried and cried and wouldnt say anything but she didnt want to go there anymore, now they didnt hurt my kid physically but I assume emotionally they did, the wrong type of place to be, seperating kids, telling them not to breath, throwing pencils at them are some of the things kids said about the place, please I am warning u dont go, but u can make ur own choice
