Targt 495 Haggerty Hwy Walled Lake, Mi. Such a pleasant visit and I appreciate everyone. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I’ve never had an experience like this. I want to make the longer trip just to be around such good energy. Thank you. Very clean store ,well stocked and employees are amazing!

Their marketing strategies are misleading and extremely frustrating. I do not appreciate picking up two items from a display that said Buy One Get One Free ALL OVER IT, only to get to the front of the line after a 30 minute wait to check out and discover, one of them was exempt from the promotion. My eyes did not deceive me, Target did.

Sadly to say the new concept of rearranging the entire store looks very unappealing. It's starting to look like Burlington/dollar store look. No customer service and no people at the register feels more robotic experience. The whole floor scheme is a mess. An air quality of clothing has went down tremendously. One person at the customer service self-serve robots.

Do not order xmas gifts from target! They come without packaging. Target is too lazy to put things in boxes and they just throw them in the snow in your front yard. I called customer service and they said they cannot help. Target is horrible. Xmas ruined.

Yesterday was the first time I stopped at this store. The store is fine. It's a regular Target. Only issue is it's tough to make a purchase. I was there in the late afternoon. Looked like most people were buying food for dinner. Only some of the self serve registers were open. 1 human register was open. Seemed most people were abandoning their carts and walking out. There were carts everywhere and customers complaining. I went down the street to Kroger. Beautiful store and plenty of help.

Store is usually clean and they have a great selection. Not enough cashiers, I don't like self checkout.

Bought a relatively expensive set of bedsheets here, got them home to find the fitted sheet was the wrong size and color from a different manufacturer

Their customer service people are so rude they’re just downright mean. In the time I waited in line I watched them make a pregnant woman cry and berate an elderly woman until she was also in tears asking them why they were both so mean. I feel no guilt in saying that if you’re in a customer facing position you don’t get to be downright rude to customers like that. If you’re in that bad a mood call in to work.The store is also going through the awful remodel, they’ve already done the beauty/Ulta section so good luck finding anything anymore. Also Starbucks is closed indefinitely because of the remodel.Update: I ended up back at this target for reasons outside of my control and decided to check out their K-pop albums. I asked for help because the one I was looking for was listed as in stock but wasn’t on the shelf. The guy in the electronics section stared at me, walked to the shelf, grabbed an album that’s vaguely the same color but a different group and gave it to me. When I said it wasn’t the right one he said I’d have to wait until 5 so someone else could look for it. It was 4:30…Honestly just go to a different store. This target is giving Walmart.

Ordered 2 stacking chairs online to pick up from this store; received confirmation email that 2 chairs are ready to pick up, then shortly after a cancellation email came that only 1 chair was available. I was already on my way… Store front desk employee suggested I should place another online order, for one chair that was missing, and pick it up myself in another store 10 miles away! No apologies for my time, no offer to deliver missing chair to original store location or my home (free or pay for). Target didn’t value my time and did not offer reasonable solution. It seems that flexibility was expected from customer only. They also should not send confirmation email if they didn’t have a merchandise.
