I was thoroughly impressed with Olivia, my service advisor. I was previously a Shuman customer, one service appointment with LaFontaine. Lots of service still left undone from Shuman (and LaFontaine last year) so which Olivia has promised to address as soon as she has a loaner available. This time, tho’, I am confident everything will be handled. I was very pleased with her thoroughness, courtesy and overall care. Thank you

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a recall. They made it convenient with after-hours drop-off and shuttle pick-up. They did a great job communicating, and keeping me informed during the repair process. They fixed the problems and I had my jeep back within a week. They were professional and did a great job with the repair.
