Good software but they pretty much know that once they have you, you're stuck. Horrible customer service and lack of improving their product. Simple fixes could go a long way in improving their product but never happens. Seem content to be where they are. Don't even talk to me about the changeover from Sa4 to Sa5

I have been a customer approx. 12 years and I have never had so much problems from the accounting department. I'm disputing two checks that you indicated were returned as NSF, but i have provided documentation from my bank that showed that the checks where paid.Additionally, I have asked for a supervisor to call and discuss the incredibly POOR customer service from the accounting department that i have received since WorkWave purchased Real Green.If you are a potential customer reading this, I would strongly suggest you looking another company. I run over $4 million through this company and their account department will not give me the respect of a phone call.I have never been so upset with a company!

We have used Real Green since the beginning. With each upgrade the program does get better in different ways. There have been a few issues that have not been able to be resolved, but overall the software is the best product for our industry.

I fully believe that the RG product is the best on the market especially if growth is your target. Knowing the little pieces of the puzzle makes everything run smoothly.

I purchased the software 6 months ago to help me with my season it still doesn't work after 6 months. they won't answer the phone they won't stop charging me even after I told them to they won't give me my money back for software that has never worked that I have never used they expect me to spend my time troubleshooting their software to make it work all while paying over $200 a month. then there's the support team doesn't answer the phone then the account manager doesn't answer the phone. Do not use this software. Since work wave bought them out this has been terrible. Now i may have to sue to get my money back!!! What a terrible experience what a waste of time.

Field worker that actually uses the product.App breaks constantly. Spends more time loading useless product information than actually letting you use the system. GPS fails often and sends you to wrong locations. AI dispatching arranges jobs in inefficient orders that wastes time. Don't waste your time making your employees use this terrible program.

Update 8/3/23Before you spend $1 with this company, be sure you know what you're getting into.1. I am up to $1800+ a month for their software. That's for the cloud (SA5) version, Before service emails, payment reminders and the Customer Assist website. These are all things other companies will charge 1/2. You pay by user, so if your technicians schedule their own work, you'll be paying $95 per month for that tech to log in 1-3 times a month.2. This software is not designed for Termite or Pest Control companies. It's designed for lawn companies, so if you depend on scheduling/routing where you set times with your customers....do not even think about this program.3. Regarding the scheduler...it sucks!! Appointments show up, move, disappear, etc and the team at RGS absolutely knows about the issues!! Every time we call for support about the scheduler, the technicians just sigh and tell us they know it sucks, but have done close to nothing to fix.4. Their cloud version (SA5) is so inefficient. We were forced to move to this cloud based version because our existing server needed to be upgraded and they wouldn't support the move. What used to take our team a few clicks to create/update services now takes up to 23...yes, 23 clicks to so the same thing.5. If you want to process credit cards, you must use their INTERNAL credit card processing at a much higher rate. The fees are more than Square charges. SMH6. If you use their Mobile Live app, it's an additional $35 fee per truck. Every time they announce an update, count on the app to continually crash on multiple devices, multiple times a day. We have 12+ paid subscriptions so when the system is down, I get 10 texts letting me know they can't complete their work properly because the system won't let them complete services. I'll go back to paper if this continues. Oh, and paper tickets, yup, have to buy all printed supplies from Real Green as well.7. The Mobile Live app is not tech friendly for scheduling. The technicians can not see what's on their schedule until the office prints tickets for the next day. They can not schedule while in the field, unless their working off a laptop.It just money, money, money. They nickel and dime their clients to death.Yes, I am still a customer only because their software is fairly complicated which makes for a very painful conversion I'm not yet ready to make.

Their mobile live app has made my job less productive after my work switched to it. At this point I'd give anything just switching back to paperwork as mobile live adds more time to me day than the old system ever did. Their app is completely unstable, isn't compatible with my phones built in camera and the gps integration is trash.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. I signed up with them and they immediately ghosted me for a month while I was trying to transition from old software to their system. No returned calls, and no returned emails while I was having problems. When they DID email me, it was a generic email about on-boarding. I tried every avenue to reach them (onboarding specialist, sales rep, main phone line) and legitimately thought they may have closed up shop. I cancelled due to non-performance on their end, and now they're trying to get me to pay thousands of dollars to cancel my account. I had high hopes becuase their software is basically a very updated version of what we were using (Service Solution), but their customer service is the worst I've experienced. We've gone a different route and are now using another software from a company that has been excellent to work with.

We have used this company for nearly 20 years. This company used to be a good company providing helpful service. Now they have managed to make the system extremely slow by forcing us into their cloud system and figuring out how to continually charge more for bad service.

Staff are very rude and treat you poorly. Use another software. I’ve used these guys for almost a year. It’s slow and the rep I was assigned to barely gets back to me. The billing department has a bad tone and she was not nice at all.

The customer service is the worst. They don't care about you, at all. The training is insane, short snippet videos where you can't even read the words. For as complex of a system as this is to set up, better training is essential. I called so many times to get help and still ended up with more of a mess than I would have liked. Why did I even have to call SO MANY TIMES? So we let our contract expire (had to fight for weeks to get our data to convert to another program)....asked just to get a copy of our pricing tables and they told us NO unless we wanted to sign another contract. Then payments ran for a few days after our contract was up. Put in a call to billing and a tech support ticket and got CRICKETS for 4 months. Finally sent a smarmy email and got a call back today from a woman still defending the charges, claiming they didn't charge a monthly fee (which they did) and that the charges were valid. It's not worth the fight. They will not be helpful in any regard whatsoever, which is a hard pill to swallow considering they're twice as expensive as the program we use now (and every one I've researched). So, I decided to review them EVERYWHERE and let everyone know. RUN AWAY FROM REALGREEN!!!!

This company is a scam . They lied from the beginning and never would help us set up our service . Then when we cancelled they hired a sham collector to go after me for full contract payment my office lady signed. When the collector which realgreen knows are operating illegally out of Texas . They illegally found my personal information and threated me with it to collect on a dept that was not owed. Horrible , corrupt and illegal company !!!
