Shelby is an gentle & patience Physical Therapist. Although I have pain, she is very through & communicates every step of my sessions. The secretary is super kind & always have a smile. I would recommend that anyone that needs a physical therapy, go to NovaCare Rehabilitation.

Shelby has done a great job working on my Rotator Cuff Tear and my AC Sprain (Shoulder Separation). After four visits my range of motion is improving and my pain level is decreasing. Update: After eight visits I have been cleared to resume normal activity. Thank you Shelby, for helping me get great results! I would definitely recommend NovaCare Rehabilitation in Walled Lake, Michigan.

I highly recommend Novacare in Walled Lake. I had to do PT for my hips, several years post surgery. The pain is now gone and I'm totally mobile again. Shelby and Linda are both kind, caring, professional and amazing at their jobs.

The women here are so great! I’ve had the pleasure of having 2 different therapists 2 work with and they both were not only knowledgeable and professional but kind, friendly and empathetic to my specific needs. I am always greeted with smiles and laughter and they appear to be a “ happy family “! They go above and beyond what you think you need and It definitely helps the outcome when you enjoy your environment! ❤️ I have improved my disability when it felt like there was no hope! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy. You won’t regret it!!!!

I have had to undergo Physical Therapy for numerous orthopedic problems over the past 30-some years. My experience with NovaCare Walled Lake was easily the most professional, helpful and compassionate of any I have experienced. From Day 1 I was welcomed with empathy as well as attention to the specifics of my diagnoses and the situational problems I experienced. Starting with Linda, the receptionist, who is always cheerful, pleasant and efficient, to my Therapist, Kelly, who presents a wonderful balance of attentive care and a caring, sincere personality. Her "table-side manner" is holistic and honest. NovaCare staff is excellent with good followup. My therapist Kelly is very good at explaining the exercises, ensuring that I do them correctly, and dedicated to my progress with a caring demeanor. I highly recommend NovaCare rehabilitation.

I am extremely grateful for NovaCare as well as the staff. Linda always greets me with a smile and great attitude. Tamanna has helped me through a very tough time building my strength and balance. I am more than satisfied with the program that she has set up for me to continue my therapy at home. It can be difficult to be motivated but since working with Tamanna I look forward to going. She is not only very knowledgable but she is kind, caring and encouraging during every single exercise. Thank you Tamanna you will be missed.
