“Nash is exceptionally good at his job. I had an iPhone 13 that was bent in the center like a banana and had a cracked center frame. I called 6 separate repair shops and none of them would even think about doing it. Apple was planning on sending it to some specialty repair place and charging nearly $500 as well as taking multiple weeks. Nash did it for $370 and it literally only took him an hour and a half to do. That involves a new front screen, new center frame, new back glass, new antenna, new cameras and new charge port. My phone looks and works like brand new. I’m beyond impressed, thank you sir!”

“I was told to get a home Internet modem from them by T-Mobile on the phone and he told me NOT TO LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE, just come in the store. I wasn't supposed to have to pay for the equipment and he said it was $50.00 cash! I think he was going to pocket the cash! UPDATE:?❤️ I received a call from the owner regarding my experience and we had a great talk. He explained to me about the T-Mobile Internet and the Metro Internet and how different they are! And he assured me that NOBODY was going to "pocket any cash" and how EVERY ITEM gets counted on camera! NO THEFT IN THAT STORE ❤️ I'M VERY Pleased with the fact that the owner of the store took time to reach out to me! I'm happy and I'll be shopping at this store permanently! Thanks again Chase”

“I am so impressed with Greg, the manager on duty during my recent visit to the store. His product knowledge combined with his customer service is second to none. He listened to my phone, internet, and tv needs and guided me in the best direction. He asked questions to see what I wanted and then made suggestions to better my enjoyment of the products. “I try to support local businesses, I took my iPhone 6s in to let them see if a cleaning might improve the speaker volume. With the right tools all the pocket lint was removed at no charge( I tipped him $20). I then asked him to order a new battery. It was there the next day new battery, 30 minute service and $67 my phone is like new!”
