The staff are lovely with patients and excellent at their work. Lab results came back within a day! Very very grateful to them and will definitely utilize their services in the future.

Very thorough. Went in with sore throat & ear ache and screened for flu and strep. The intake med tech could have been friendlier, but was ok. The NP I saw was very personable & professional explaining each test and provided excellent care.

Had an appointment set at 4:15. Got the text saying it would be good for it. A crowd of people came in and i apparently had 3 in front of me and even more after that. the doctor was taking 45 minutes with each person. After waiting for well over an hour for something that would take less than 10 minutes was ridiculous. Inefficient and unprofessional

Terrible service at the counter. Was late 5 min looking for the minute clinic because the construction outside. Informed the minute clinic staff member that the outside area was confusing. Told me it was a 10 min shot window and you came half way. “If this was a hair appointment that’s like coming 15 min late” Obviously someone did her wrong. I just am disappointed that and employee would talk to customer in such manner, especially when there were no more customers waiting after me. There couldn’t be! And they closed at 7, my appointment was at 6 and it is a 10 min tops project. Money that the insurance company will not pay CVS. Elizabeth Holmes may have fooled Walgreens, but at least their own staff aren’t soiling the company name. Occurred on July 19, 2022.

They don't reveal while booking an appointment that they need to do comprehensive body test before doing a simple antigen covid test. And when asked what is the reason for this, their answer was that it is a Minute clinic policy. Why should I do these tests when my PCP already has done it and if my insurance wouldn't cover, I am stuck with the cost. If they cannot explain the reason for this, ot leads me to believe they are not honest

Awful awful experience I went to get a Covid test after scheduling Through the minute clinic online like they told me to I was scheduled for 420 and I showed up and then they told me that they don’t do the test past 4 o’clock she just kept denying me and just turned me away didn’t even try to help the situation at all horrible place

My family of three has been very sick with various illnesses the last two weeks. We went on three separate occasions in this span of time, and had a great experience each time. Both of the NP’s are very nice and thorough - Cindy and Christie. The key is to reserve a time slot online or on the app. We were seen within 10 minutes or less of our appointment time.

This place is a joke. This was the third time I attempted to go there for various things. I got there all three times well before their posted closing time and each time they were already closed. Don’t post your times if your not going to actually be open till then. Complete waste of time as I then had to rush around to find an urgent care open.

Awful Experience!!!! Nurse practitioner was having difficulties. Results there are inaccurate. Better go to your primary doctor.
