I had the worst experience in my whole life, I never been treated so impolitely before. I had an issue connect to my WiFi router, we called customer service and they suggested to go to the closest store that has the router available in store to exchange or help at least connect me back to the router.
The first sentence I heard from the clerk is that we are not doing customer assistance. After mentioning that if they can’t fix it can I exchange the router, she mentioned I need to pay $249 while on the call with the customer service they mentioned we will have to pay $60 or if we go to the same store where we bought it the first time it will be free as it is still under insurance. After we mentioned that this what we heard from the customer service over phone, and asking if there is a way we can resolve the situation the clerk was sooooo rude and said “GO GO GO, I am not helping you, justttt GOOO”.
I asked if there is a close by Panera or Starbucks to attend my remote meeting as my phone discharged, she was nice to mentioned where Panera is after she cooled down, but I never been treated in such rude way specially that I am not a kind of person to talk back or argue with others. So disappointed.
On my way back home, I saw another store on NOVI rd, I went inside trying my luck. The clerk welcomed me and asked what is the situation, I explained and she took the router and started troubleshooting and was finally able to fix it, I requested how much should pay and what is the maintenance fee but she mentioned there is no fee. I even asked if there is anything I could do for her and she said nothing and she is happy she could help :)
I am glad my router is fixed but I am so sad I was treated soooo badly for asking clarification why the price popped from $60 to $249. Anyways good luck to this store but I wish better behaviors are enhanced in this location.

The girl was very bad and the owner very very disrespectful people The worst store very bad experience they want to charge me $250 for the wifi box and other store charger $59 which is not fair

I just called to ask a question. The woman who answered the phone was rude, talking loud and acted like I’m dumb for calling. VERY disgusting attitude. I would leave no stars if it were possible

I have wrote a couple of reviews for this company. DON'T GO HERE FOR A PHONE !! This company has locked my Iphone and I am unable to get anything off of it. It has been looked at by a professional at the apple store and nothing can be done for me. Which means I have LOST (they, Metro by T-mobile on Maple in Walled Lake) has erased everything on my phone. Horrible company. I have contacted BBB and this company did reach out to me. They (Metro by T-mobile on Maple in Walled Lake) "higher upper" has said and I quote "Metro by-T mobile on Maple in Walled Lake has declined any compensation in regards to my phone issue". Metro by T-mobile on Maple Rd in Walled Lake will not take responsibility for what their employee has done. Go somewhere else where the company will help you if they jack up your phone. BTW BBB complaint will be left open until I decide to close it......... Doesn't seem like that will happen any time soon. I am being forced to give one star, NOT WORTH IT ! Look up Xfinity or Sprint .... EVEN Verizon you will get more out of them then you will here.

worst place ever!! Went to buy a cheap phone and in the process the guy there took my SIM card out and placed one of his in my phone and now has completely locked me out of my phone and on top of all that, he erased EVERYTHING in my phone. DON'T COME HERE FOR ANYTHING, NOT HELPFUL WHAT SO EVER. Just made everything worse no stars on this review, had give one just to write review. Some advice Metro by T-Mobile, get someone there that actually knows what they are doing. Bad service is the worse !

I went into this store to switch my services over and the representative was so incredibly rude and disrespectful.First thing he did was try to fast talk me into a $750.00 phone when clearly the promotion in store and online quoted $399.00 if you switch over.Then he said well we don’t have that phone anyway so I asked if he could order it and he said if I place a down payment of $50.00 (Corporate told me they didn’t ever ask for such payments).I went back to check on the status of the order and it only got worse... I asked if he could get the phone from another store and he said they didn’t affiliate with other stores (false ) so I called customer service and launched a complaint... still 3 weeks and no phone not even a follow up call... this was the worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life, did I mention I am a senior citizen? Oh well perhaps the Better Business Bureau will be able to help me?

Thank you for helping my parents upgrade their phones, Joe! You went up and above! Thank you for making sure my Mom was able to keep all the pictures of her Grandkids. And, for helping with her apps. You were so kind, patient and made things very easy for us. We'll be back when we're ready for the next upgrade. Highly recommend this Metro PCS store.
