Cora-Lee was very professional, polite and a hoot to talk to! We had been with AAA for 20 some odd years, and was getting no where with them and couldn't even get our agent to call us back! She called us due to an email I sent, got our information and the next day we had new insurance that was over a $2100.00 savings! Thank you so much for all of your help! And then we decided to change insurance companies, and this company jacked out of $800 that the State of Michigan was giving back to residents, and because we decided to change insurance companies, they screwed us by cutting our insurance 1 minute before the end of the last day for the refund!!!! So therefore, forget my previous comment, as the will help you until they have to give back what is owed. Stay away from Safeco Insurance, they screwed their customers.

Highly recommend. Service has been top notch and rates have been great. Talk to Michelle Russel. She has taken great care of me. My real estate agent connected me with her when I bought my house and over the last couple years I have moved my car, side by side, and motorcycle insurance over too.

I was insured by Allstate and had a 20% increase over this past year. Michelle Russell followed up from a year ago and saved me over $550 a year on my policies. Most importantly she is available, knowledgeable and helpful! My Allstate agent never called me back after promising to review my policies. YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS WITH MICHELLE!!
