Great customer service
I originally brought my 2019 Challenger in for new brakes in March 2024. Was an easy experience, but after the repairs, I heard noise coming from the new brakes. These guys continued to work on the car until they got a result we were all happy with. I'm sure they'll never want to see these brakes again, but I'd happily bring back my car for any other work that needs to be done. They treated me well and I trust them to get the job done.

Model: 2010 Ford focus 140,000+ miles.
Customer service: Very respectful, attentive to my 1000+ questions, they broke down the prices I was charged, stayed in contact throughout the process and sent me photos of current and potential problems with my vehicle through their website. Was contacted by the mechanic (Mike) a week later just to check in on the vehicle.
Cost: $140 to look at the vehicle, half returned if I choose not to have my car repaired there.
-Coolant outlet: $333.46
-Thermostat: $416.83
-VOS coolant system service X2:182.25
Repair quality: I asked to see the work done and was taken on a visual tour of each part replaced. I’ve been driving a month without any issues.
Personal opinion: Very grateful Mike identified the issue and successfully repaired the issue. Price seemed a bit high but I don’t think anyone likes spending money, you be the judge.

I took my car to another shop in Commerce and they didn’t find anything. Detroit Garage identified the issue and kept me informed with texts and pictures-drives like a new car! Highly recommend Detroit Garage in Walled Lake!!

Brought my car in for brakes and oil change. Was easy to set up an appointment easily. While my car was worked on I received updates as they occurred and was able to easily check the work with their website which also included pictures of everything. Was able to easily approve it decline additional work with the click of a button. Car is running smoother than before. Great experience.

I very recently had to have some front end work done on my car and decided to give these folks a try. I did not regret it at all. I only wish I had chosen them before going to a certain nearby chain type repair shop. Quality workmanship and excellent customer service! The communication and photos of exactly what they were looking at was very top notch!
