Great in store shopping, very helpful staff. I ordered a garage storage cabinet it was supposed to be on this Saturdays truck but when I checked they told me the truck didn't come in and it may be on Tuesdays truck. It's nice that they let you pay in advance and then they aren't in any hurry to get you your order. It will be 3 weeks Wednesday.

This Harbor Freight Walled Lake store is the absolute best one I’ve been too. I had several coupons that allowed me to get price adjustments on items I previously purchased and the staff were so patient and understanding. Considering I walked in right before they were closing the supervisor, Dylan, and the cashier, Marilyn R were exceptionally kind and understanding. I will come back here again and again!

Jumpstart pack I bought looked nice I got the most expensive one in stock but it was total junk long story short i had to hire a mobile mechanic because it didn't work worth the darn. But they returned it without any trouble or restock fee and with all the scammers out there i kind of expected some hassle but the gent was very kind. Full refund. Hope they upgrade to better ones.

As with most visits, there can always be a variety with a lot of good tool options. We found what we wanted. The customer service was fantastic. The store was very clean and not at all cluttered. It is a bit of a drive for me but will return, it exceeded expectations.
