It was my first time ever at this salon. I asked for coffin shape nails. They filed into my nail beds and my fingers were raw and bleeding for 4 days. I asked for a hot pink color (that I had picked out and showed them) and still after trying to tell them 3 times ended up with the wrong color. And then. And THEN! They told me to put my hands under the light (shellac polish) pushed the button and walked away and no one came to help me again. I wasn’t sure if they were done or what was going on because no one said ANYTHING!! I felt very uncomfortable. I won’t be returning

I have been going here for years.,I know I'm high maintenance, I also make sure I compensate for exactly that-they (Julie, Joe and Mimi) have been kind, and gracious even when being inundated by hostile, and just nasty 'customers'...and just because we think we compensate enough does not give the right to be just rude to workers as I witnessed today!! DO BETTER LADIES!!!! Not too many establishments that allow people to do call ahead for services-and if you do-don't complain about waiting!! otherwise make an appointment like the rest of us! I loooooove my nails Julie!!!

i went with a 4 pm appointment and didn't get helped until 4:40 and my nails look horrible, they were cut too short and shaped wrong. also they up charge for the use of debit card.

Friendly. Tony does a great job on my nails. They last me atleast 4 weeks. No other nail salon in the area compares.

Updating my review ... I've been going to Fancy Nails for pedicures, manicures, eyebrow and lip waxing, and now dip on my nails, for at least 20 years ❤️!! The husband and wife owners are professional, helpful and very good at their craft! I remember bringing my daughters in over 20 years ago and the ladies would paint their nails and put little flowers on each one of them just to make them feel special. I love Fancy Nails and appreciate all these do!

1st time getting Cateye, wanted green because we’re heading into March( St.Patricks Day)
They did a good job, in and out under half hour.
It’s best to make an appointment, especially on weekends, they get very busy. Good friendly service.

Waited 40 min to get seated for a gel pedicure. I got my big toe cut during my pedicure. Once the female tech completed the prep work, they switched me to a different tech to do the polishing, who was very rough and was in a big hurry. They could've done a second coat of color they're very sheer. Won't be returning.
