JACOB welcomed me and did all the transferring. I was amazed at how quickly he did it. I would still be doing it if I hadn't gone in. “This place is an audio gear lovers paradise. First, be prepared to be shocked with the massive inventory in such a tiny space. The owner, Moses, has audio gear knowledge that astounds me every time I have visited. He will take the time to inform you and walk you through your buying experience. If the receiver you're interested in is in the middle of a stack, Moses will pull it out and connect it to a massive array of speakers for you to see and hear.Over the last few years, all of my bland modern pieces of gear, with no personality, have been replaced. “I couldn’t find a lotion I wanted and I have been looking for it at several different targets. I’m here out of town so I decided to look online and see if it was in stock and it was! I get there and it wasn’t on the shelf. I was disappointed but then I see, I think his name was Aaron, walk towards me and I ask him if it was in the back. He left to look in the back and he’s gone for maybe 20 minutes looking for this lotion for me because he said they got it on truck! He comes up to me and apologizes for the wait and of course it was fine. He took maybe 45 minutes out of his shift to look for this for me and he found it! I was very grateful and he was very sweet. Thank you Aaron :))”

“Yesterday I went into the White Lake location I needed to buy a new phone. I was worried that I didn't have enough time to get a get a new phone because 8 mouths ago I got one and it took an hour and a half to get it. So I went into the store told Marissa my situation told her I had to be to work in less then an hour can u help me. Marissa had me done fully setup in 35 minutes. The customer service is amazing. Thank you for the help you did amazing.”

“I decided to switch from AT&T because, after moving from the DC area to Michigan a few years ago, I found I rarely had more than one or bars in this area. The folks at this T-Mobile store helped me set up an app that gave me access to the T-Mobile network for a couple of months to test whether their network really was what I wanted. When I came back to make the switch, they answered all my questions and gave me a price that was 30% or more cheaper than AT&T (and with rebates for switching). It took some time to change over each of the lines (the kids are in different states), but we got it all done and no one has had any complaints. I’d be happy to go back and work with the Milford T-Mobile folks again.”

“I recently purchased a HDB8X for OTA Television. I am so pleased with the setup. The Antenna is manufactured sturdily built, simple to put together and Install. I was only receiving about 20 Channels with my previous setup. I also purchased a Winegard LNA-200 and Coax. Now I receive 73 Channels. I'm ecstatic, It's just put together on the tower not even erected to highest point. Wow!! Once the installation is raised and rotatable I expect I will get even more stations.”
