Story - I tried to deposit a check in foreign currency at my usual branch (Wixom) and the manager told me that BOA don't accept checks in UK currency (after asking me what currency it was!) - I informed them that according to their website they do. I was advised to get another check (from the UK government) in USD.
I came to this walled lake branch of BOA and explained the situation. Rebecca was very helpful and most importantly she actually knew what she was doing. Rebecca was patient and made me feel like I was a valued BOA customer. Message to BOA head office - this lady kept me a BOA customer! Thank you for your help.”
