Outstanding visit on a rare stop to a branch bank since almost everything is available in the app/online. Scheduled an appointment with the Senior Banker (Jalen) who was most helpful, professional, kind, and service oriented. It hasn't always been this way at this branch, and this was a most pleasant and welcomed experience. A+ service today!

Disappointed in customer service at this branch location. Staff is rude and demeaning. My banking experience at this branch location was marginalized to say the least. When I addressed my concerns with the branch manager I was given poor reasoning and excuses for why I was treated unfair. This branch cater to certain clients while others dont matter. I will not be returning to this branch location.

They treat their customers very badly. A clerk on the counter is always ready to indulge in a fight with the customers. Had a bad experience today.

Very helpful in person and with customer banking needs, but limited hours and you have to go in to address matters, as the branch won't pick-up phone calls. Would be 5-stars otherwise, but a decent branch all-around

This review is soley for the purpose of illustrating the exuberant qualities of Ursula Matheny the relationship manager at bank of America in walled lake Michigan. She has personally took it upon herself to build each individual customer one by one. I appreciate her light hearted spirit and giddiness not only was my experience joyous but also productive. Ursula Matheny created an environment unmatched by other branch executives her abundant enthusiasm has me full of life and reanimated. The professionalism brought to this community through bank of America can only be provided by Ursula Matheny and her team. God bless & give her a raise !

The bank is fine but their ATMs are faulty; one has screen problems and sometimes clicks whatever it wants, the other literally eats your cash and don't plan on getting it back due to the claims department not being easy to reach due to a non responsive and poorly timed automated system. Avoid this bank if you're in a hurry and you need a things to go smoothly.

Wish I could give no stars. This isn't for this location it is for Bank of America in general. Paid off a vehicle loan with them last week, go to log in this week to make sure there isn't 5 or 10 bucks one way or the other to take care of. They deleted my account!!! Can't login, had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to finally reach someone that "manually" looked up the account by my name (account number did not work). Finally was told a pay off letter would be going in the mail in the next 2 weeks (3 weeks total from payoff). No email, no phone call, no website available to me anymore, no communication at all. Will NEVER deal with bank of america again.

Came in a slow time, sat there for 15-20min waiting for help, other guy come in and he got served first. The guy helped me he didn't even help, I told him that I was sitting over there for 15-20min, and he said no it wasn't. Funny cause he didn't even check who's first in the line ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘🻠(Sorry for my english)

In the believe the bank is open I enter through the unlocked doors. Instead of a polite "hello, valued customer, how are you. Unfortunately, we are closed already but we forgot to lock the doors" I am only greeted by an impolite "WE ARE CLOSED!!!!" Meaning: get out of here!!! Great customer service. Thank you so much.
