Came here to get my battery checked, but the guy who tried to help me had no clue how to do it. While they do have a nice assortment of affordable, high quality batteries I recommend going to a mechanic to get it tested.

The 25ish old kid that works there was rude to me, and to the older staff that works there. I bought a battery and he wouldn’t loan me a screwdriver (or any other tool) to pop off the negative battery clip for 2 seconds, as it was stuck. I had brought tools to do the rest, but nothing to pry the clip off with.
I then ask if he would ‘finish’ installing my new battery i bought there, per their policy, and he told me they were real busy. Having been in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to take out my old battery, i didn’t see anyone enter the store. So they weren’t ‘busy’.
An older employee finally came up and said he could try and find a screwdriver, which he did in like 2 minutes. The kid then scowled at me and the nice older employee.
So i will never go to this place again, because of that employee.

Have been in there a few times asking for an item their website says is in stock at this location. Each time I'm either told that they don't even sell it there or after 20 minutes of looking that it's out of stock. The Murrays down the road was able to find me what I was looking for within a minute of me walking in the door, and I didn't even have to give them a part number.

Called to get pricing on pads and rotors and there was no effort to provide customer service. Not even a hello when the call started or goodbye have a good day when he was done giving me prices. Won’t be buying the product from this location based on that interaction. You don’t simply hangup on a customer when they say have a good day without giving some type of parting statement.

Called looking for a battery for my car. Was only offered the 2 most expensive ones first. Asked if they could help me install it as I was stranded out that way and had no tools at all, and a car that was struggling. He told me no because he claimed it would be too hard. It was only 2 extra bolts on top, just say you don't want to do it. Anyways, I took my business to O'Reillys and they put my battery in for me. Took less than 3 minutes.

Auto Zone in Walled Lake, on a wet October Saturday afternoon. I needed to get a new battery. Mike was terrific finding the one I needed and installed. Took a lot of stress out of the experience for me.

I walked in to purchase a battery. As I was trying to Google which battery I needed for my car the manager began screaming and yelling at some guy to get to the front of the store. The poor associate got to the front of the store with his head down and the manager began berating him. Telling him "I told you to stay at the front of the store". Had I been working there I would have left. Under no circumstances should anyone have to endure that.. And why? I was the only customer in the building, there were 3 people that I counted. None of which were helping me.. So why the yelling? I went to the Murray's down the street and they helped me find the battery I needed.
