“After a horrific experience at AutoZone…I called Scott at the Walled Lake Tuffy about issues I was having with my car battery. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, he told me to come in and they would definitely help me. Within 15 minutes, the problem was diagnosed and Scott personally installed my new battery. As another bonus…my time in the waiting area was dare I say “enjoyable”. Comfy seats, great selection of snacks and drinks and a friendly woman running the front desk (I didn’t get her name). I will be giving them all my future business.”

I originally brought my 2019 Challenger in for new brakes in March 2024. Was an easy experience, but after the repairs, I heard noise coming from the new brakes. These guys continued to work on the car until they got a result we were all happy with. I'm sure they'll never want to see these brakes again, but I'd happily bring back my car for any other work that needs to be done. They treated me well and I trust them to get the job done.”
