I tried to deal with Glenn Young on a very small $ part for my water softener, and he ghosted me. I emailed and called. No response. Called the Detroit location and Ross tracked down the part from the manufacturer within an hour of my first call.

I’ve been to the parts department here a few times. The plus side is they have a large inventory of just about anything you need for plumbing.The down side and why the 2 star rating. Some of the counter guys are just rude. I’ll keep going there because Lowes and Home Depot just can’t compete with their parts department selection.

I was remodeling my kitchen and a bathroom after a flood. I worked with Linda and it was an amazing experience. Linda was able to get me exactly what I wanted for each room and the price was the same as the online prices. I was not wearing anything fancy and got great service. I would recommend Advance to anyone who wants good quality products with great customer service. I do recommend you know the size of everything because returns can be expensive with restocking fees which is the same as any other store.

We've owned two Toto toilets for the last 20 years and I always go to Advanced Plumbing for the required parts. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.I recommend them highly.

Want to thank Jeff Smith who works at the service counter. He graciously took extra time to explain to me how to prime and glue the separated PVC waste water pipe under my sink. I shared photos with him and he also pointed out other items I needed to update. All he sold me was PVC primer and glue but his advice was priceless.
