Was made to feel very stupid during my interaction today when looking to upgrade my phone. The overall exchange was confusing and I walked out. As a customer, I don’t know all of the ins and outs of upgrading and needed more explanation without judgement. I will not be returning and will go back to the Alpine location.

Went to TCC off Wilson and the guy Roderick H was very helpful in setting up my new phone and also answered my questions as well. Really nice group of staff members that was with him as well. Great group of guys. I would definitely recommend going to that location specifically for any type of questions and getting what you would like.

Couldn’t have been more happy w how well everything went getting my new phones and iPads today. Switched from AT&T after 16 years with them. Roddy will treat you right and give you all the discount and guidance. Lemme be real. I called at 11am and said i get off at 5pm. They close at 6, but told me to come anyway. I work 30 mins away from this store. Showed up at 535. Roddy spent the next 3 hours w me getting everything switched over. Some things didn’t work the way he expected, but he called customer service and got em straightened out. His customer service was WAY above and beyond what could be expected these days. Not once did he make me feel like he didn’t have time for me. An incredible dude. This guy is the MAN!! He’s deserves to rise up the ranks QUICK! Thanks Roddy!
