I always have such a good experience at the Alpine Ulta location. I did an online order for pickup and was helped by Monica. She was super sweet and was efficient! My order was ready super quickly and was accurate. I ended up getting some additional products and Monica was great.

Go to SEPHORA! I opened up an Ulta card to receive 20% off of my first purchase. I have been working on receiving my 20% off for 49 days! I have gotten nothing but the run around from customer service over the phone and in store. Customer service said I had to go into a store to have it fixed. I drove a round trip of 50 miles to be told that I needed to go to the CenterPoint location. That location is a round trip of 72 miles. I have not received any type of compensation for all of my time on the phone OR for driving a total of 122 miles which equals 90 minutes of drive time, not including the money I have spent on gas!
I am EXTREMELY frustrated, discouraged and still getting the run around from the CenterPoint store and customer service! Was promised today that the General Manager will contact me. Sounds like SEPHORA will be getting my money from now on. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Had the best experience at the Ulta on Alpine. I needed three items but had no clue where they were or what I should buy. I had the best employee help me and showed me exactly what to get. His knowledge was amazing!! Thank you!!

Ahnika cashiered me multiple times and is so sweet and friendly! I had issues having one of my coupons load and I showed her and she was able to help me out. Even though the store is busy during holiday season, she keeps such a positive attitude. Would recommend this location because of how amazing their employees are!

My first time at the salon. I am a haircut a year gal. This was the best experience I've had. Tara V was my stylist. She put me at ease right away. I had a few pictures for ideas, but Tara seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. She took the time, and her experience to teach me more about curly hair care. I walked out of there feeling fabulous, and looking great.

Had a haircut with Cheyenne and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I absolutely loved the cut and the big curls she put in at the end! Will definitely be back!

The worst Ulta. I went in to make an exchange and the cashier gave me attitude. Rude and condescending when I didn’t understand the exchange policy.
