I made an appointment with Alex in the salon to get my haircut on a whim. We took 9 inches off and it feels/looks better than I could have hoped! Alex was so kind, knowledgeable and it felt like I had known her for years. I will definitely be going to Alex for my hair from now on!

There use to better brands and variety compared to now and numerous products that I would've bought were completely sold out or sold out in the shade I wanted which is even more frustrating when there's testers still out that I love but no available stock. I don't go often so maybe it usually is better stocked but will probably just buy online after this experience like I've been doing.

One of my daughters favorite stores. Very large selection. The staff does harass you for your phone number though, and if you say no they ask multiple more times and make you say no over and over again lol

Julia is awesome! Best eyebrow wax I have ever had. Usually, my eyes are extremely red for at least a day after. Not at Ulta the wax they use us awesome. I highly recommend Ulta fir your next eyebrow wax!!!!

Absolutely love Tara, she's an amazing stylist that knows exactly what I want her to do. She's a blonde expert for sure! Tara gets 5 stars!I would give a 5 star for this salon however they had a corporate lady come in during my appointment and killed the vibe immediately. She started reprimanding the stylists about random ridiculous things. She just wouldn't stop complaining about EVERYTHING. The mood changed with her presence. I felt the need to address her and tell her that leaders should be reprimanding in private, not in front of customers. Ulta needs to do a better job choosing their corporate staff. Education is important and should be done. Reprimanding, if needed, needs to be done in private. I hope your corporate team member (Emily) gets the training or reprimanding she needs.
