“I got here exactly about 30 minutes before my appointment. They were able to give me a door immediately. Got me loaded within 30 to 45 minutes, and I was able to go on my way. Unfortunately, there is no longer overnight parking here. But I was able to make to the McDonald's around the corner 5 mins. They have a decent sized parking lot for big trucks!”
“Small place, not super shiny with all the "corporate" noise you get at some of those other stores. You can tell this is a franchise, independently owned. But the personal help and support you get is very friendly and very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone. They can handle the big stuff, but they're also good at helping the little guy.”

“There was minor delivery issue for a large package being delivered to my home. Mary provided good customer service and Bob in shipping went above and beyond to make sure my package delivery went smoothly. The two guys(truck drivers) that came that evening, made sure it was delivered where I needed. They went above and beyond too. I appreciate the response,care and effort from everyone at Estes delivery on 44th to make sure my delivery was a success.”
“I had to privilege to meet the owners directly, (owned by two brothers) and I can't think of a better pair of owners to operate a company. The company is customer first and you can tell their training emphasizes white glove service because the interactions I've had with all sorts of employees follows that trend. They get the job done, they can pretty much take on any project you throw at them. If you are a growing company and your fulfillment and distribution is becoming too much of a hassle or you have large order quantities and have been dealing with the same outdated tech and processes with your current provider and are looking for savvy and agile, trust your orders in the hands of Sherpack. Their leadership team is incredible, communication is easy. But don't take my word for it, give them a call and you'll see.”
“UPDATE: after my original complaint written below, George called me and “saved the day”! For this company. He helped me, worked with me to get my product BUT it still doesn’t make an excuse for the others not apologizing for the nonsense I went through. I Was on hold for over 10 min, only to get disconnected or hung up on, not sure, to call back again, told they can’t help me, put me back on hold. Finally, got ahold of a person, I explained my frustrations with her, she giggled, no apology but she did get some information for me. My shipment was in grandrapids mi, said to be delivered today, checked tracking number, says it’s going to now take 5 more days, 35 min away, I asked to just pick it up, what a mess, I will never have them ship anything else for me!”
“I was having a bad day and needed some things printed, I am so glad I stopped into this store because Gretchen greeted me with a wonderful warm welcome, remembered my name right off the bat and her wonderful attitude lifted me up and made things easy during a tough time.”
“I arrived at the FedEx Office thinking I had all the right labels, etc. , to return some purchases. I had been given the wrong information from the company I had purchased the stuff from. Heather, the manager was very busy but allowed me to step aside and contact the company right there. The company had to send me two additional labels to send the products back. However, the printer was not working at FedEX due to a system update, so I would have had to drive back to my house print the labels, go back to Fed Ex and then ship. Heather stepped-up and offered another solution. Within a short period of time, my labels were printed and products shipped. Thus, saving me a trip in this bad winter weather! “Best customer service I have ever experienced from any person at any company in the shipping industry. Pam was kind, helpful, genuine, and went above and beyond to help me with my issue. I was trying to locate a delayed package, and after I had no luck with talking to the shipper or to the UPS customer service line, I visited this UPS Customer Center, and Pam pulled off a miracle. In the time I spent in the Center, I saw Pam and the other employees work with several customers. The employees were always friendly, very professional, and answered everyone's questions. I am so, so grateful for their help and their service.”
