TERI IS THE BEST! I came in there panicked because I needed an eyebrow pencil fast because I have to get ready for work and Ulta didn’t open until 10 AM ( which is absolutely ridiculous for a WEEKDAY). She took ONE look at my brows and led me to the exact color I needed ! Thank you Teri, you are my hero today!

I told the sales associate I was not interested in signing up for their rewards program 3 times after the 4th no I signed up for it just to get out of there. I was pestered into a rewards program I didn't want and won't use. when a customer says no that should be enough they shouldn't be harassed. I will not be shopping here again

Looking for a new brand of foundation after 12 years is not pleasant but the young woman here who assisted me made it so. I wish I would have caught her name- she was patient, extremely helpful wonderful. It was 2pm on Thursday, December 28th so hope that helps management figure it out.

I was looking for some hair products there last weekend and there were THREE employees standing behind the counter talking, not ONE of them greeted me or asked if they could help; I left and will be taking my business somewhere else!!!

No means no. I was badgered to sign up for the Kohl’s credit card and had to clearly say “no” three times.
The first time I was very kind. The second time I was kind but more assertive, letting the clerk know that we were in a hurry. Still the clerk tried to talk us into it. I finally had to be very firm so we could end the sales pitch and get on our way.
I’ve shopped at Kohl’s for years but have noticed the sales pressure increase at this location. My wife and I will be shopping elsewhere. Please take this opportunity to better train your employees. No one likes feeling disrespected or manipulated.

To never purchase a gift card from Khols. I bought two gift cards,with $300 dollars each totaling $600. I live in Michigan, we sent the cards to Atlanta,GA to our grandkids for school shopping.Once our daughter received the gift cards there was a $0 balance on both cards, in which I purchased inside of Khols store, off of my Khols charge card, and paid my Khols card off at that time. I went to Kohl's to let them know what happened, they confirmed that I purchased two gift cards and they took the money out of my account. On this past Friday my husband and I was in the store for 4 hours trying to get this resolved, We were still inside of the store 45mins after the store closed. And we have still gotten no where, our money has been taken from our bank, I paid the Khols credit card off, And have spoken to Reps. #2493 and Rep. Amy #0856 and Rep# 5613 and many other Reps. as well as left a message with the executive office on this matter. We still do not have our money back or the gift cards with our money on it.I am not sure what type of business you are running, But some one need to take care of us A.S.A.P. this type of treatment is unexceptable!!! And we are VERY dissatisfied. Do your job and train your employees properly. They had Deb the manager on the phone all of that time on Friday, giving her the run around. I work hard for my money, and hope you take care of this issue!
