I haven't been to the store in a few years. Stopped by because I was on that side of town. Store was an absolute disaster. I have never walked into a retail store and seen such a mess. It was hard to find what I need cuz I could hardly see what was on the shelves cuz the shelves were such a mess. Additionally, the food that I did finally find was miss marked and I ended up being overcharged. I didn't catch it until I got home.

There is a goldfish tank in the fish section that has over 75 dead fish inside. Floating and on the bottom of the tank. Absolutely disgusting to see. Would never expect to see something like this in a pet store.

Waited for almost 30 minutes to get feeder fish and some chemicals for saltwater.... ended putting everything back and leaving... very poor customer service.. we were completely ignored

Fast, easy, convenient. Associate that gave me my order was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a quick rundown on return policy in case my purchase didn't work for me.

I usually don't have too much trouble at this store, usually pretty helpful and nice for the few times I make the trek out there but Tonight I had ordered something on the app that was supposed to be ready within 1 hour, so I get to the store early before it should have been ready because they would be closing shortly after that so I didn't want to hold them up, which means I brought my toddler out staying up past his bedtime so we could go there and I arrive and there is a sign on the door that said that they were closed 2 hours early before I even made that order. That was supposed to be ready within 1 hour. For an item I really needed ASAP tonight and couldn't come in obviously to get the rest of the things I needed and now all the pet stores are closed. Very disappointing very upset about this. There was probably four or five other cars that showed up within the time for my sat there trying to call somebody as well and I'm sure even more than that very disappointing. Im sure staffing is an issue, but I might suggest turning off online orders when you close early

Worst customer service. Would not recommend unless you would like them to waste 45 minutes of your time and then say "we can't help you this close to closing."

I asked an associate if they had an item in stock and they said no without checking. I told them the app said it was available but they still said they didn’t have it. I requested they double check since the app said it was available at that specific location. Another associate overheard and helpfully went and got it for us.

The tall blonde girl (with the mask) in the fish section will move heaven and earth to NOT help you. Unfriendly and grouchy, tries to slip away when customers come into the area, condescending when spoken to, will ignore you as you stand right next to her. I'm not the only one who's had a miserable experience with her. My daughter said she stood in the fish section for over an hour while the blonde girl ignored her. Extremely unpleasant person. I now drive out of my way to Pet Supplies Plus even though I live right down the street from this PetCo.

I learned a lot about how to take care of my new pets. But I wished I knew more about the bird themselves. Like how old they were and if they were girl or boy. Otherwise the place was very great!
