“Cute local shop with a variety of cooking, food, and alcohol choices available, with much of the selection being local companies. The beer cooler is so fun to peruse and there are lots of unique wine and liquor choices as well. A great shop to find something for the foodie in your life.”

They have a brewer equipment side with grain and hops and equipment for all your brewing needs. It makes it a great place to get all your "brewing" needs whether in ingredient or libation form. Don't forget to check out the cooler for cider and kombucha selections. Probably the best beer store around.”

“Convenient good quality specialty store. Great if you need to get some perishables or just a snack. Deli has meal items like fresh lasagna and meatloaf. A pizza oven if you want pizza. The wine selection is good as well. I would recommend this place to stop and see for yourself. You will be returning.”

“Not a bad store they have meat reasonably priced, also there's hot meals u can buy in the store of different kinds of foods. Their produce seems to be fresh. I mean a lot of people don't like going into that part of town but I haven't had no issues with it. But overall not a bad store check it out for yourself.”

“What an awesome little find! So it's basically like a bare bones dollar store with old fashioned candy jars and ice cream shop attached. It has this glorious old home scent that reminds me of the Victorian home my aunt purchased and lived in. They have all the basics here in terms of basic (very basic) grocery items and soft drinks. A delicious neighborhood general store that brought a smile on my face. Small but just delightful!”

“Tried looking for a beer from Korea called Kloud. Unfortunately, they do not sell it. However they do have very similar one, made the same way called Grolsch. It is so smooth and doesn't leave you bloated-just like Kloud. So for those looking for a smooth non-bloating beer, you can find Grolsch, in bottle form, in the far back freezer.”

“I cannot compliment enough how friendly all the employees are, except one I continue to have very uncomfortable experiences with so still rating 4/5. The much older female who works there, every single time challenges that my state issued Michigan Drivers license with multiple driving endorsements is either fake or not me. I'm 26 years old and have a full beard. I shop there at least 4 times a week and this has happened on at least 20 occasions. Today I was challenged to repeat my address publicly in front of multiple people to prove that it was truly my license. At this point I don't know whether its innocent forgetfulness of regular customers along with issues identifying ages of people of other races/serious sight problems or blatant harassment. But in either case I will walk right back out the door if she is working at that time from now on.”

They have tons of craft beers (even some gluten free options) and a great selection of wines. Even some fun snacks and sometimes local cheese! Highly recommend!”
