My package requires a signature to be delivered so when do they try to deliver it at 12:41 pm on a Wednesday. When do they tell amazon they tried to deliver it? 6:43am don’t know why that’s wrong. When I call to just pick it up from this location just get some girl who tells me information I can find online (to be clear this isn’t her fault she is just doing what she is told). Look I get it I can’t be first in line but why in the world would you try to deliver a package that needs to be signed for at noon on a weekday. I have proof they tried to deliver at noon thanks to my hand dandy camera that picked up my doorbell. Not cool guys you need to start implementing some logic into this stuff. Would love to talk to someone about me just grabbing it from here tomorrow and save myself the three delivery attempts so I don’t have to request a WHOLE DAY OFF just to sign for a stupid package.

Trash, so many delivery issues with FedEx. Takes a week for a package to get across one state because of pure incompetence.

Original Review: Despite talking to them no less than 30 times, they have been delivering packages to the wrong house for 10 years.
Update 5/27/25: (changed from 1 star to 3) Although their toll free line is completely unhelpful, if you manage to get the phone number for local customer support (people who work in Walker), they will actually try to help. So far the problem seems to be solved, but if it turns out they have fumbled once again, I will update this review.

Slower that USPS and just as unreliable. If they could teleport the package, they'd still be late by days. UPS seems to be the only reliable shipping company.

Don’t ask for accommodation they will not accommodate you! Had a problem with my trainer smelling horrible on my 1st day I asked to be moved very nicely not trying to hurt anyone’s feelings to the manager & he told me he would help & never did
2nd. im only 115 lbs I have trouble picking up heavy items & asked to be moved because there was no help he told me “they’re just boxes” & told me to keep going I had to finish the day I asked if they were any other positions before I left the job but they didn’t

Worst customer service ever! My $800 barstool was supposed to be delivered three days ago. It was delayed twice now and today is number three. You call and have to talk to somebody from India who can only give you the same information that you can get looking it up online. They refuse to let you talk to anybody in Grand Rapids. The package was delayed because of weather, which is freaking bullshit. It was a perfectly sunny day today and they did not deliver again. I finally had to get really irate with the people from India for the fourth time and they finally transferred me to a gentleman who was very kind in Walker Michigan. Unfortunately, he has to work there or I would mention his name! Now that I have the number to contact them directly in Grand Rapids I will never call India again. I had a FedEx package delivered today from the Muskegon office and it came in just fine as well as all my Amazon packages and any other packages that are delivered by other couriers. FedEx Grand Rapids sucks. We asked every single time to have FedEx Grand Rapids call us but never received a phone call either. The driver Ethen was just too lazy to deliver or contact us with what ever his problem was! I understand and was told that he’s a contracted service not an employee of FedEx. FedEx GR should fire him and his company. And, to be fair, Ethan might not even be the driver That’s just who’s listed on my delivery. FedEx GR sucks.

Please teach your drivers to read the house numbers on the houses. Tired of not getting packages for me and getting them for other people. I get that they're not paid much but come on..
