I stopped by here yesterday and the woman in the store wasn't no help at all.I need another phone added to my plan, need another phone, and the woman said she couldn't help me at all.Then she told me to get out.I don't know what happened, I just left.Don't go here, something funny going on at this store.

Went in to cricket store today to upgrade my phone!! Young lady working was absolutely Fantastic! What a great attitude! Answers all questions promptly and helped transfer pics numbers to new phone without hesitation!! Definitely recommend this store on Alpine!! Not use to this great service these day's

Dulce, if that's her name at 2 40 pm, 3/22/2023 is just horrible. She absolutely scammed me. Just "hey here's a case I sold you and after you pay BTW your phone won't ever work but thanks for the money". Why is she working alone?? She's new to the location?? It's just gross practice. How professional. If I could suggest better locatotions it would be Kal Ave. And greenville. Do not ever go here.
