Great service. I got the lifetime batteries for my watches. They always have the batteries in stock and replace them right on the spot when I walk in.

Ordered a car battery on 7/7/24 and waited for a text/email response when I could pick it up that same day as I needed to start my car ahead of the work week....heard nothing so I attempted to call the Alpine NW store at least 10 times with nothing but a very quick beep beep like they had some issue... I then called the 28th ST store who informed that they are a franchise store and the Alpine location is a corporate store and they could not help me...period..and then told me that they get customer complaints frequently about the store not answering phones and never know when the store will actually be opened, etc..and to contact BP corporate....of course he could not provide any contact information so I wasted more time googling it and finally found a way to send a message...still have not heard back from anyone at corporate... So this morning I call Alpine and finally got through and they said they were there yesterday etc... I went to pick up my battery and asked about supposed 18% discount that when calculated on the total price should have been $34...it only gave me $30...when I asked the guy at the store about that he could only say no idea not anything he knows about or change... So I had no battery yesterday which meant no car today forcing me to take the day off!!!! I am also shorted $4 related to the discount calculation...Screwed all around by Batteries Plus! Terrible service, no concern for their customers, etc... I plan to alert the Michigan Attorney Generals office about the discount cheating and post everything I can on social media....
I RECEIVED A RESPONSE (LIKELY A STANDARD BOILER PLATE RESPONSE) TODAY FROM SOMEONE AT BATTERIES PLUS APPOLOGIZING FOR THIS SITUATION....HOWEVER NO MENTION OF CREDITING ME BACK THE $4 THEY OVERCHARGED ME RELATED TO THE PROMISED 18% DISCOUNT... DISCOUNT SHOULD HAVE BEEN $34 VS. THE $30 THEY SOMEHOW CALCULATED ON THEIR ORDER PAGE... WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT... TO CREDIT ME BACK THE LOUSY $4???? MAYBE THEY SHOULD CONSIDER CHANGING THEIR NAME TO BATTERIES MINUS.... IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A NEW CAR OR BOAT BATTERY ETC...GO TO A REPUTABLE, HONEST AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED STORE.

Business hours on door and web sit don't agree says it is open 10 to 5 other door was there around 11:30 Business not open

Jeff was great, he was able to change my husband's watch battery quickly, I was in and out in about 5 mins. I ended up getting the lifetime battery replacement since it was only a few dollars more than the one time. Highly recommend!

Batteries light bulbs key fobs phone repairs. Nice place and they been for years. The staff knows what they're doing and they're not rude. When an employee has the knowledge to do his job He doesn't feel out of place and he will not be rude He's not trying to fake it till he makes it so listen up companies train your employees like batteries Plus. I gave them a four-star review because I believe there's always room for improvement I seldom give out fives You got to earn it ?

Brought in a AA rechargeable battery for my landscape lighting and asked for a replacement. Sold me a $12 battery that lasted 2 days. Brought it back and turned out what I was sold was not rechargeable. No refund or exchange offered, only a smirk from the guy behind the counter.

Phone screen broke June 30th, called on July 1st about getting it fixed. Answering machine said store was closed even though Google said it was open. Called again on July 3rd. Was told new screen had to be ordered and would arrive the week of July 9th. Called the store on July 11th. Was told the screen couldn't be ordered until that day, July 11th, because of the July 4th holiday seven days earlier. Was told the screen should now arrive on July 15th. Called on July 15th. The answering machine said the store was closed even though Google said it was open. Received a call on July 21st saying the screen had arrived. Dropped the phone off on July 26th. Called on July 27th to see if it was repaired. The answering machine said the store was closed even though Google said it was open. Called on July 28th. The new screen had been installed, then uninstalled with the broken screen reinstalled. The reason given was because the phone could not make calls or send texts, so the sim card must be faulty. Store was notified that there was no sim card in the broken phone, therefore no way to make calls. Store agreed to then install the new screen a second time. Picked up the phone July 29th. $260 and 4 weeks to replace a screen on a 5 year old phone.

The good: the individual helping me was very friendly. He also seemed to have a good knowledge of the products.The bad: I've never seen such a dirty and disorganized Batteries Plus store. The rugs look like they havent been changed in months. The floor and all fixtures and products are covered in a layer of dust. You can see tracks on the floor where people walk vs. the dirt.Product shelves were messy, empty, and disorganized. The counter area was messy, and the service area had various items all over the place.The upkeep of the store gave the impression that they were going out of business. I have been to other Batteries Plus stores in the area, and this one is far and away the most messy, disorganized, and dirty.
