She goes to college almost 3 hours away from home, so we were worried she wouldn’t be able to find any help besides AAA on a Sunday night. Blain’s was open so I called and they fit her in, and even though they couldn’t repair the tire, they put on her spare for her! Within less than an hour she was mobile again until she can buy a new tire. The customer service was absolutely amazing, and they even put her old tire in the trunk for her. “My R1200GS battery crapped out on me at the Meijer parking lot down the street from this Advanced Auto Parts. Walked over to this store (about 10-15 minute walk) and was happy to hear they offer motorcycle batteries. They didn’t have the exact battery I needed but Dwain Porter saved the day by digging into finding the closest model to what I needed. I also needed a Philips screwdriver for the battery wire screws, asked Dwain for the cheapest one they have on sale and he offered me theirs on loan without a cost. It might seem like a small thing but they scored big points by helping me out. Unfortunately I installed the battery but it was low on voltage so the bike would not turn over. I walked back and Dwain checked out the battery it was in indeed low, about 10.5V. He found a replacement and asked his colleague to give me a ride back to my bike. These guys are awesome. The second battery did the job. I rode back and dropped off the screwdriver and got my credit on the old battery core. I am giving Dwain and his colleague (and Advanced Auto Parts) all of my future business. Great service makes the difference !”
