Do not use this business!!! My family spent more than 10,000 dollars to have 3 cars fixed and each time they kept our cars for one week longer than they had told us they would. When I questioned them on why they claimed it was not their fault and were INCREDIBLY rude about the situation!Services: Painting

Do not use this business!! My family had 3 cars repaired by this shop and spent more than 10,000 dollars to repair them. Each time they kept our cars for a week longer than they had told us they would have it for. The front office lady's were very rude and disrespectful when I questioned what the holdup was. There is absolutely no communication on their end unless you call them and ask.

I have been to VAB over the years several times, always felt like we mattered. Not so the most recent visit. Feels like they have gotten to big and the people that have gotten them where they are today don’t matter. I was needing an estimate to repair some non-insurance related items, they reluctantly did “an estimate” while I was told twice I needed an appointment to get a estimate. It’s been several days and I still have not heard a word on the estimate, I doubt I will. Andy walked around looked at what I was needing done, didn’t write anything down, went inside and told the the lady at the counter what I was needing reiterating I should have scheduled an appointment. However, he had plenty of time to show some insurance guys around their new facility they had just moved into. Really felt like I was a second rate customer. Won’t be going back.

Took my car in for the replacement of my passenger side mirror, windshield and some scratches to be buffed out. They completed the job in a timely matter which I appreciate since I drive for work. When getting my car back the outside looked amazing but the inside was covered in the dust from them sanding the outside. And now my driver door has difficulty shutting if opened all the way and my driver window won't go down. Confused why I got my car back with problems I didn't have before. I plan on dropping my car back off on Monday hoping they make it right.

Had my trucked worked on over a year ago fender to hood gap ratio is off the charts and nothing is bolted down still till this day am I finding missing body bolts from there work.
