Too many times articles that are too large for my mailbox are stuffed in and my arm has been broken off of the mailbox three times.I believe there are shoes stuffed in there today. Yesterday I had outdoor light strands stuck in their wedged in. I have left notes but we have several different people delivering out here for some reason and I don't know who's gotten it or not but there's only one girl that brings things to the house and I appreciate that.I would appreciate not having things that are not made to put in the mailbox wedged in there anymore thank you

As a small business owner I'm in and out of this location almost daily. Deb and Christine are always so friendly and helpful. Also, Marilyn who delivers to my house is so efficient, friendly and my kid's love her too. Thank you ladies for your hard work!

Rude staff both lady inside building and the person who delivers, I constantly get other peoples mail which I send back and it gets put back in my mailbox and then I get a rude note basically saying they have so many boxes they deliver to they arent going to remember who and who doesn't live here, mind you I live in one of the complexes here and we keep our names in our boxes. Also we've had lost mail countless times or where its said delivered and not and we are currently trying to figure out what happened to an important mail piece that they said they delivered Saturday and its now Wednesday they keep asking for a tracking number which they never gave for the mail piece. Honestly if I could give them no stars I would, I also never write reviews this ordeal has just pushed me to this point.

Their hours aren't listed anywhere on the building stating a 1 hour closure in the middle of the day.This is the worst P.O. in the area, workers are unfriendly and must hate their jobs.

The last time I was at the Vicksburg Mi post office I had to sign for a jacket. Waiting in a long line and about 20 minutes till closing. The woman standing behind the counter was chatting with another woman, obviously a friend, while ignoring the rest of us. I for one do not appreciate ignorant behaviour by people working in a customer service field. Since then I have gone out of my way to use another post office.

Hours on Google say they are open until 5:30 PM. This is not the case, I arrived with two large ready to ship packages at about 3:52 PM and the second interior door was already locked; apparently they close at 4 PM. I got their attention and a woman came out and took my packages, but refused to send a certified letter for me.UPDATEChanged to a 1 star review, they constantly forget my Amazon packages and I get updates from Amazon where USPS says my driveway or front door is inaccessible. I always keep it clear in winter and there's nothing blocking it in the summer! Lazy!!!

What a joke! The customer service here is a joke! I called to inquire about an issue with not receiving my mail for several weeks now, only to be met with the most abysmal attitude just for asking questions on where it was. Look at all the previous reviews here and you will see this is a common issue with them not knowing how to their jobs and frequently losing customers mail. If I could give a 0 star review I would. The man that answered the phone this morning should be FIRED!!
