They were so friendly, let me drop my Jeep off the same day and fixed it fast and for such a great price. I wont be taking my Jeep anywhere else and reccomend them 100%

Don't take your vehicle to this shop. They flat out lie. Lie to the BBB. They take no responsibility for their mistakes. They over charge FOR THE WORK IF YOU WANT TO CALL IT THAT. THEY DISTROYED MY ENGINE. THEY RAN MY ENGINE KNOWING THERE WAS NO COOLANT IN MY RADIATOR. THEN LIED AND SAID THEY DIDNT. WHEN IT WAS SPECIFICALLY STATED ON MY INVOICE THAT THEY RAN MY ENGINE. THEY SAID IT RAN ROUGH. YOU DONT HAVE TO WORK AT NASA TO KNOW YOU SHOULDNT RUN THE ENGINE WITH NO COOLANT. THEY ALSO SAID I DROVE MY VEHIICLE TO THEIR SHOP. THATS NOT TRUE SINCE I WAS TOWED AND I HAVE THE MAN WHO TOWED ME AS A WITNESS. IM SURE IF WE TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAMERAS DOWN TOWN VICKSBURG YOU WILL SEE MY VEHICLE BEING TOWED. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE EVER TAKE MY VEHICLE ANY WHERE NEAR THAT SHADY SHOP AND NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY. I THINK THEY WOULDNT BE MAKING SUCH HUGE MISTAKES IF THEY WERENT ENTERTAINING WOMAN IN THE SHOP. ITS MORE LIKE A BROTHAL. I WAITED AT THE COUNTET FOR 5 MINS BEFOR ANYONE EVEN AKNOWLEGED I WAS THERE. THEY COULDN'T FIND MY PAPER WORK ASWELL. ITS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF . THEY DISTROYED MY CAR SO THEY COULD GET MORE BUSINESS FROM ME. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN . EVERYONE DO YOUR SELF A HUGE FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR SELF SUM MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR THIS SHOP.

I went to Thad Reeder Automotive for an exhaust issue. They were upfront and honest about the issue. They let me know the issue, the cost to repair, and their recommendation--whether it was worth it or not due to the age of the vehicle. The price of the work done was definitely reasonable.

Thad Reeder Automotive is the best.
I can't go into details but they went above and beyond what they needed to for me.
I don't know of a better local repair shop than theirs.
Give them a shot, you won't regret it.

Absolutely amazing service! I dropped off my 2001 Subaru Outback to get the brake lines fixed and the mechanics have done an amazing job and my car doesn't leak brake fluid anymore. I highly recommend.

Twice in the past month or so I've had a repeat problem with my 2006 Tacoma with LOTS of miles on it; both times of course precisely when I needed the vehicle for a long distance trip. Both times these guys were slammed with work, but found a way to get me back on the road. The Reeder family and their techs have proven themselves to be honest and dependable, which is not true of all auto repair folks. Good people doing good work at a fair price. Can't ask for more than that.

I would highly recommend using Thad Reeder Automotive. They were able to fix my problem quickly. Friendly, honest service. Rob was great! He even called me to let me know about a traffic situation and told me the best way to get there! Will absolutely go back when needed. Hopefully not soon!!

Thadd and his employees are thee absolute best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of working with I haven't had the best of luck with my Subaru had issues with my power steering Thadd fixed it just to have to replace my lines I got the car back and had it 25 mins and a motorcycle wasn't paying attention to my left hand turn and tried passing me on the left and took out my front end Thadd Reader once again to the rescue along with Mike from Vicksburg towing What should have cost thousands Thadd managed to keep my bill under 900 I can't scream loud enough IF YOU NEED WORK ON YOUR CAR THADD READER IS YOUR MAN IF YOU NEED A TOW MIKE WHO OWNS VICKSBURG TOWING IS ALSO YOUR MAN if I could give 1,000 star review I could but I can't so 5 stars it is THANKS THADD and THE FELLOWS FOR ALL YOU DO FOR YOUR COMMUNITY and MY FAMILYServices: Electrical repair

Our only car broke down and it needed to be checked to see what was wrong with it. The dealership we usually take it to wouldn't be able to see it for a month (!). We called Thad Reeder Automotive and they were able to get our car in, in a timely manner. They looked at it and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Their customer service was also top notch. You can tell that they care. We will definitely use them for any future automotive needs.
