Horrible horrible horrible. The adjusters are horrid, the office lady's are very strategic about their mistakes that cost you money and the attitudes are snooty you can tell they arent aging gracefully. The claims take forever. Still waiting on a resolution from a pre covid incident. Premium increases left and right. Would not go through them!!!

Nice people! We're very helpful and did not rush me, even tho they were busy at the time.I've been a State Farm insured in several states. Never have had any reason to consider a change.
