Very pleased with overall service. Only issue I had was the first service member that I dealt with to get scheduled never entered it in the system when he ordered my parts so they did not know who the parts were for. If if I hadn't a check back because I hadn't heard from them would have been a while.

I never felt pressured to lease my new Ford, and all of my questions were answered without embellishment. My next car will come from Denooyer Ford in Vicksburg Michigan.

The sales team at Denooyer is amazing but the service side is terrible. My husband had his truck dropped off Monday night, it died on his way home from work. I know there was not an appointment or anything scheduled for service but here we are Friday and still no update on what’s going on with his truck. They stated they could not provide a loaner vehicle until his truck was diagnosed, unless we wanted to pay out of pocket for it. My husband’s truck had been in and out of Denooyer’s shop 3 or 4 times this year and we are only in the month of August. We have purchased three vehicles from Denooyer but this is making us not want to purchase another one from them. I am very frustrated to say the least. If you need any work done on your vehicle and want your vehicle back in a timely manner, I would suggest going elsewhere.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION FROM SERVICE ADVISOR/MANAGER KEVIN BOONSTRA. WAS KEPT INFORMED OF VEHICLE STATUS, COSTS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. WORK WAS COMPLETED AND DONE PROPERLY AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

Ken service advisor did a nice job checking me in servicing my F150. Done right , on time and truck was clean when done. Ken even verified the Ford Pro Power was working and cleared up the operation with me.

Recall work for a rear camera took two trips, I was told Ford did not put all of the required info into the bulletin for the service techs. But the guys figured it out and worked with my schedule to get the camera operating correctly. Would like a way to pick up a vehicle after hours, I work until 5pm and the dealership closes most nights at 6pm.

Mike the mobile technician went out of his way to download the latest recall update on my Ford F-150. When he was unable to get a hotspot download connection at my home due to me living in the woods, he took the operation to a clear country road and successfully completed the update without me having to go into the dealership.
