My experience with Classic Mortgage and Amy Miller was wonderful. I was hesitant to even attempt to refinance my home thinking it was too complicated and or that I would not qualify. Amy made it so easy to apply and I was approved and will be closing next week. From my first contact with Amy Miller until closing date was six short weeks. I just read the other reviews for Classic Mortgage and Amy Miller and they said everything I wanted to say and more! Hands down, Amy Miller is the best in the business. She did our last refinance and took exceptional care of us and even drove to our house to close us. Currently, we are selling our home and the buyers went through another lender and a issue surfaced with their Lender and I was able to reach out to Amy (was so hoping that the buyers would have left their current lender and went with Amy, but, that didn't happen), the point is, that, I was able to reach out to her and ask lots of questions that required her to do some research on and she DID IT and provided answers and assistance even though she knew there was a risk that she wouldn't get the business. She did it anyway because she truly cares and wants to help when and however she can. It's worth noting that when I initially reached out to her, she was out of town and STILL responded to me that evening. That is real dedication and superior customer service. I have completed several refinances with Classic Mortgage and gets better every time! Very knowledgeable and professional. The owner is responsive to all my questions and if she doesn’t know the answer, she knows who to ask and quick! I’d recommend this company to anyone refinancing or purchasing a home!

Just want to give a warning to anyone considering going to Amy Miller at Classic Mortgage. I went to Amy almost 7 weeks ago with hopes of getting approved for a mortgage. We had one conversation after that and I cleared up a question she had. Said she would get back to me. That was about 6 weeks ago.I called Amy several times over the next weeks and every time I was told she was on another call that was going to last a while and that she would return my call. Never once did I get a call.Yesterday I went to her office to inquire aboutwhat the problem might be. She didn’t have a reason for not being able to return my calls and also told me she wasn’t able to help me. All this time I’m trying to get answers she has a grin on her face like it’s funny. Well today I got a call from her (a huge surprise) and also she has an approval for me. Really! Thought you couldn’t help me. Just not a good person to deal with.Go somewhere else!

We did not get the service everyone else has reported getting, we waited weeks to receive a call back. Every time we called she was on lunch or out of the office and forgot to call us back. Terrible response time. Not to mention my credit was not pulled once but TWICE, which was not approved. After all the time we waited for this lady to never get back with us, we are now closing with another mortgage company who actually followed up on the problems we needed help with. Still never received so much as a call back from this place. If you're a first time home buyer like we were, I do not recommend.

Amy is amazing! I just bought my first house and had so many questions. Amy was more than willing to answer all my questions, regardless of the time, even on weekends! Amy walked me though the whole process and made me feel comfortable through it all.
I will/would highly recommend Amy to anyone who is buying any property.

She kept in contact with me during my search and was very informative and on top of things once I had found my home. Amy’s expertise really made the home-buying process easy on us. Her assistance didn’t stop at the closing date either; she went above and beyond to help us with a property tax issue 2 years after the purchase. Using Classic Mortgage is a no brainer.
