Absolute worst company to deal with, if you are trying to save money it is not worth the savings if you have any issues at all.I bought a 6.4 diesel engine for my ford and we have had to get them to warranty it our 2 times already in 3000 miles due to poor craftsmanship by them. and of course they don't want to cover labor but the first time they assisted with 50.00 per flag hour which didn't cover half and then the 2nd time they told us they would and when it came down to cutting the check they refused to stand up to there word. WARNING! DANGER!! RUN away NOW!! Do NOT do business with these thieves!!! They are liars, professional agitators and pirates of the internet. I purchased a 6.4L Long block from US Engine Production, INC aka "You Suck Engine Production" for $8500 ($1400 which was held for core replacement). Total paid to "U Suck" was $7100 plus a perfectly good engine not withstanding one cracked piston. I drove the truck every day pulling equipment and drove it to the professional diesel mechanic who did the work. The mechanic called me on the phone after the engine installation and cranked the truck for me to hear the engine knocking. Mechanic shop had head Ford mechanic come and assess the knock and the conclusion was a faulty motor. "U Suck" lied and told me they would warranty and pay for reinstallation of motor after they received motor and inspected it. (Keep in mind they sent courier of their choice and made all arrangements to pick up the motor.) The story gets too long to detail (I have 100's of pages of documentation, phone calls & emails) but the end result is they said the engine had overheated and was also damaged so bad in shipping that they couldn't do a formal analysis. Their offer is to refund $5,015 (which is the cost minus restocking fee which is USUALLY 25% but they gave us a good deal and only charged 15%). They have my engine and my $7,100! But this refund is only available if I sign a paper saying I will take off any bad reviews I have posted and agree not to post any negative reviews or sue their company. As of now, I have $8,000 in the install and removal of their faulty engine, $7,100 in the cost of faulty engine, an estimated $5000+ in other new parts (oil coolers, injectors, etc.) and NO ENGINE at all, a dismantled truck once worth $35,000+, now worthless. I am NOT taking the hush money refund. I am going to do my best to give them $50,000 worth of free advertisement! If you have been robbed by the "U Suck" pirate productions, please email me at usengineproductionclassa… and enter our class action lawsuit to prevent others from being taken advantage and to bring this criminal enterprise to justice. There are many that have had similar experiences and it's time to stop these thieves. Your participation will be greatly appreciated and save others the time, money and aggravation!

They use used bolts use old oil pumps in all engines. But the invoice said new bolts and new oil pumps. I suggest that all customers scope your engines to look for old parts. Even on many occasions i seen them use old wore out pistons especially on the 6.5 , 5.9, 6.7, The 6.0 and 6.4 are old rods with old wrist pin bussing with a lot of play on the pistons. They don't dino no engines because there dino only shows oil pressure nothing else. Like i said scope your engines. Then if you do buy a engine from them they will say your core is bad even if it was good. That way they keep your core money.

Sent an Engine with a failed Injection pump, A failed turbo. The warranty process is poor. Stay away from this company. Engine also knocks.

This company is great. I don’t see any reason why they would have anything under a 5 star review. The customer service has been immaculate, dealing with them have been some of the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. They’re all super nice and genuine. Haven’t met a single person that hasn’t been willing to help me. Even if it’s not their department. They hook you up with the best service for sure plus a decent price! Thank you guys again

This was the best decision I've ever made. They delivered exactly what they promised and it was an absolutely smooth process. I'm going to tell you I was a little reluctant after reading some of the reviews but I'm super glad I went with them.. My truck is now running as if I just drove it off the show room floor. Thanks to Eddie and the crew there for getting me going again.. Best price for the buck.. Highly recommend!

I WANTED TO TAKE THIS TIME AND THANK US ENGINE PRODUCTIONI HAVE PURCHASE 2 ENGINES FOR MY WORK TRUCKS SPOKE TO EDDIE TOLD ABOUT 2 WEEKS LEAD TIME I WAS OK WITH I GOTTA A CALL A WEEK LATER FROM BREEANA SAYING MY ENGINES ARE READY FOR PICK I WAS SUPER EXCITED GOT THEM DELIVERED MY TRUCKS ARE RUNNING BETTER THEN EVER THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE FAST SERVICE YOU GUYS SAVED ME.I WOULD DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND AND USE THEM AGAIN..

These people are absolute liars and thieves. On 7/7 I ordered a Duramax LBZ engine and turbo from Steve with a 3-4 week minimum wait time. Sent c.card info and initiated order but found out from shop following week engine was not needed. Called afternoon of 7/16 to cancel, was told too late in day and call back Monday 7/19. It took until Tuesday 7/20 to speak to Steve who then transferred me to Daniel. I explained everything again to Daniel who pulled up my invoice and VERIFIED NO WORK HAD BEEN STARTED NO PARTS ORDERED YET. He stated that since nothing had been ordered or started on the 25% "restocking fee" (never disclosed until AFTER they had my c.card info) would be waived and I would receive a FULL REFUND. I thanked him and thought that was that. Then received a call from Ethan on Thursday 7/22 who stated Steve and Daniel "miss-spoke" and that I would be charged a restocking fee but they were going to "give me a break" and only charge 10%. Went round and round with him about there was nothing to "restock", no parts were ordered, etc. I filed a complaint with BBB on Monday 7/26 in that a full refund was the proper resolution. Today 7/27 received email from Eddie that they are keeping the 25% "restocking fee" when all they did was generate an invoice. I am escalating this further and will be relentless until I receive all my $$ back. I wish I would have researched complaints against them before I ever called as everywhere you look (BBB, Google, Yelp, etc.) it's all the same AVOID THESE THIEVES AT ALL COSTS!!

Horrible!!!!!! Thief's!!!! Sold me an engine that was not remanufactured, had it certified by a nys certified mechanic, and they fold that two of the lifters were stuck, injector pump leaking and turbo was the wrong one for the engine. They have terrible reviews and have stolen from people, how can they be allowed to continue to do this???

I considered buying an engine from these guys but didn't go through with it when the guy said I couldn't pick up the engine directly from the warehouse due to covid19... makes me think they don't want you to know their actual location because they're aware of the faulty engines they sale but after reading these reviews I'm glad I didn't

Purchased 7.3 liter long block arrive when he said it would the price that they said it would came with all the gaskets that they said it would came with all the OEM parts upgraded crankshaft dealership that is installing it said it was put the together with the right parts to and the dealership never even heard of this company because we're in Texas and they were up north haven't started it yet so I might change my review but it doesn't look like it. Looks like as advertised.

I paid for an engine that was supposed to be in stock accept it wasn't. After three days and no shipping info, I called to have the sales person lie for a send time telling me it would ship Friday. Called again a week later, motor still wasn't built. I asked to speak to manager. The sales person said he is the manager. Called customer support and asked to speak to manager. Support rep said he was the manager. I said no, I need to speak to sales manager. Support rep said he was the sales manager too. I guess everyone is the manager of everybody there. I finally decided I couldn't trust these people to build or warranty a motor. I demanded a refund. They sent an email refunding my purchase but they didn't actually refund the money. I finally had to report them for fraud.
