Dealt with Rachel and Michael about buying a new car. I'm about a 90 minutes away. Both parties were great with working with me via phone/email and not requiring me to make the long drive up there. The car of interest was in transit. Pricing seemed fair. Both parties seemed very polite and respectful. My husband found a similar car at a shitty dealership and was willing to deal with that crap for the car. At the time, inventory was hard to come by. When we are in the market for another car, we will contact them again.

Just moved to town and we went to the Drive through Santa show! My daughter loved it they even had a cookie decorate kit in the Santa bag for my daughter. Great people we will be buying out next vehicle from here for sure thank you for being such great people and doing such amazing things for our kids this year

Terrible oil change. They advertise 19.95 for an oil change. Even now since oil is 20 dollars for a barrel of oil( cheapest its ever been) they upsell you and charge 40 dollars for an oil change.Bait and switchNever again.

I would recommend that your sales people do not show their political biases on public platforms if they want returning customers. Other than that, I have no complaints with this dealership.

Do not stand behind their sale/vehicle After buying a truck through here. Imagine my surprise when in less than a weeks time problems began. When going to service and talking to my salesperson. I was told it was my fault and nothing they could do. Then follow up with me two years later to ask my experience ??

To all, especially single women, Bryan is FANTASTIC! All anxiety melted away as I started the whole process of buying my vehicle. I can't say enough about this dealership and its employees, you cannot get more of a small town experience than here. I have always felt like family when I walk in the showroom, everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Steve Cook is always doing great things in our community, we are lucky to have him and his team in Vassar.
