I need to brag on Vanderbilt storage, I had my account set for autopay and my card had expired and I forgot to update it making my payment late , I was charged a $20 late fee but when I talked to them and explained my card expired they took the $20 late charge off
I updated my card on file and all is good. Thank you

Matt & his wife manage Vanderbilt Storage. They’re very responsive and professional. The unit grounds were maintained well whenever I went and I never had issues with building maintenance, theft or vandalism. Highly recommend.
