“These wonderful honest people told me the estimated $600 repair on my auto was not necessary. The mechanic who diagnosed the problem is no longer with them because of similar misdiagnosis. All the necessary parts had been ordered and on hand, but a recheck, for which I was not charged, determined the problem was not related to the false diagnosis. This honesty and forthrightness is rare and invaluable.”
“These guys are the best; honest and great work. I had broken down three weeks prior after a return flight into Grand Rapids. The starter had gone out in my car. Three weeks later, again my car would not start. Justin not only did a tip-top job diagnosing, replacing the "new" starter, and fixing other small things that needed it, he also helped me by talking with the first garage. I was able to receive a full refund from the initial automotive service. I would give them 10 gold stars, if allowed. This is the second time I have used J&C Automotive and they are kind, professional and thorough.”
“We went there to get a water pump and timing belt repaired on our 2014 Chevy equinox, he did good work and found 3 other things wrong as well I just wish he asked us before he repaired those things. It put us in a bit of bind, thank goodness every thing worked out in the end. I will say one thing for him though he's very thorough and does good work. He knows what he's doing.”

“Bob has saved me (and my truck) TWICE! The first time was on Labor Day, the second time was after 7 pm. BOTH times, Bob canceled everything and worked non stop to get us back in the road because we were stranded 4- hours from home!
He is very friendly, very knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond. This last time he fixed my truck when two dreamers and 2 diesel mechanics were telling me my truck was "toast" and would require $5,000 of parts to replace the entire fuel system. Bob used old-school know-how to save my engine and the truck is back to 100%. The mechanic industry could learn a thing or two from this man!”

“The manager Brad at Meekhof tire and auto repair in Gaylord Michigan was monumentally effective in resolving an unavailable part for my Mercedes Sprinter cargo van. I am from out of town and I rented a van from Penske while Brad rectified a difficult predicament. I am back on the road and most grateful.”
“I had a emergency brake problem while traveling on I75. Called another auto repair place in Wolverine and they were unable to get us in. Next we called Sturgeon Valley and they offered advice, got my car immediately in, throughly looked it over and fixed it. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. He didn’t try to sell us parts we didn’t need and charged us a price that was completely reasonable. I’m so happy we went here.”

“Stopped in just for gas and the first thing I noticed as I was walking inside to pay was every single trash can was either full or overflowing with trash. Truth of the matter is nobody likes to take out trash. But it should be getting done on each shift. Other than that if it wasn’t for the friendly cashier I would’ve rated this gas station maybe 2 stars. Cleanliness is huge!”

“Tried taking my Volvo for an oil change to another spot in town and they claimed I wouldn't find anywhere in town that would be able to do it. I went to this spot and was greeted with a hearty "Challenge accepted!". They were great. Fast, thorough, informative and funny. 10/10 customer service. I think I was there for less than 15 minutes. The other spot (I think it's called Quaker) took almost an hour to service my truck this summer. I'll be taking all of my vehicles to JLube (S&K Quicklube) from now on.”

“I have been shopping here for almost 8 years, the employees are amazing and very helpful. I get my prescriptions here ALWAYS! Richard the pharmacist is extremely helpful and so are Austin and the lady pharmacist. I do not care for James, the pharmacist, he ALWAYS makes me feel uncomfortable, when I pick up my pain medicine! I never ask for it sooner that the time, he questions me as if I'm an addict and in the store everyday asking for pain meds. I have NOT EVER experienced that ANYWHERE! He does not belong at this pharmacy, where all the other employees are nice, helpful and Always concerned about how a person is doing! Thanks to MICHELLE, SHARON, GWEN AND SARAH FOR ALWAYS BEING FRIENDLY, POLITE, HELPFUL AND CARING! YOU MAKE MY EXPERIENCE SO PLEASENT!”

“incredible experience. Was visiting a golf resort when my trucks serpentine belt broke. N&J was able to come out to the parking lot and replace the belt all while I was golfing. I cannot believer it worked out, my whole weekend was saved. They answered every call, were able to text and send updates promptly. Cannot recommend enough!”
