They were great. Very detailed and thorough. They don't sell anything unnecessary and give you options and honest suggestions, but not to the point of pushiness or guilt-tripping. They use full transparency and show you everything they do/have done on your vehicle including- wiper blade check, fluids top-off, tire pressure balancing, windshield washing, oil filter change with the oil change, etc (I know I'm forgetting something).
Also, if they notice a problem/potential problem, they let you know (ex: my coolant was low so gave me aheads-up to get that checked out for potential leaks or bad cap).
The team's work vibe was positive and fun, while talking their work seriously.
I'll go here again (which will be the 3rd return).

This place is great. I've been coming here for years. They are efficient and I trust them. They tell me what my car needs and let me know if it should be done right away or can wait a bit. They are friendly, courteous and professional. I will keep bringing my car here for their excellent service.
