“Ash helped me today on 6/19/2024 more than he knows. I cracked my screen to my Samsung Galaxy S23, and was really upset and crying at the thought of paying a large deductible even having insurance on my phone. He worked his magic, took the time to research my account and helped me save so much money, making it under 100$ for the new GalaxyS24 plus lowering my monthly bill significantly. He even offered me some bottled water and was so calm and reassuringly told me he was here to fix my problem. And he did that and more. He also helped me save on a Otterbox and screen protector that will insure my phone for up to 250 dollars damage. He made a scary process not so scary and fixed my issue in under an hour. “Jacob was our Verizon salesman at 42177 Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth. He normally works at the Victra Verizon store on 12 mile road in Farmington Hills, but was filling in today at the Plymouth store.
Our visit today working with Jacob was the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store!
Jacob was knowledgeable about the products, and sold us a Samsung S24 Ultra and accessories. I will definitely return to this store and the Farmington Hills Verizon store for great service.

“I took my mom there to find a new phone for her. I felt like we got taken good care of although the man who helped us didn't seem to notice that my mom couldn't hear him. He had a low voice and a deep voice and that's not a good range for an 81 year-old lady.”
“I went here because I had my number for almost 20 years I had gone to a different store and they made me get a new number and that's not what I wanted to do. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.”
