“6/3/2025 My husband and I visited 4 different appliance stores and none of there prices or customer service compared to that which we received from Damon (ABC Warehouse Canton MI) Damon was very informative, a true expert when it comes to manufacture brands. He was very professional and respectful of our budget. We visited on Saturday and all four of our appliances where delivered this morning! The process was smooth and easy!!! Damon is amazing!!! “I went to pick up an open box 77inch tv today, and realized when I got there that the tv did not have a box. Obviously, there is zero way to ratchet strap a TV to a truck bed when it’s outside of the box, and on top of that, I had an hour drive home.
The manager was able to find some pieces in the back, and they built up a box with styrofoam protection inside for me. Great work by them, because I wouldn’t have taken the TV otherwise. Thank you such much guys for being understanding!”

They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. “My eight year old daughter was excited to go in and buy a Roblox card on her own with her hard earned $20 only to be rudely declined by one of the female employees. I had to go in and ask why they sent my daughter out of the store crying, only to find out it was perfectly fine to sell her the card. You were so freaking rude to my daughter and I don’t appreciate that at all. I’m never going back to the store again!Update: 1-31-2023Customer service reached out to me and apologized for the issue. They told me I could come in and the owner would purchase a gift card for my daughter. I brought her in today and she was provided a $20.00 ROBLOX card for the inconvenience and the apologized to my daughter. They also provided her a free drink and donut. I am very happy with how they handled the situation and will shop there again. Their customer service is top notch!”

“The African American cashier is the most friendly, fast and accurate cashier at any convenient store in the detroit metro area. Everytime I visit he asks me how I'm doing, makes sure I have everything I need, all while doing his job perfectly. He deserves a raise and a promotion. I'm sure he has bad days or is in a bad mood but he never shows it or treats customers differently. One day he even took 2 dollars out his own wallet and gave it to me because he heard me telling a friend I didn't have money for bus fare. I wish I knew his name to make sure he is recognized”

When ever I come in the clerks always great and and ask about my day. Service is basically what you could ask for. The clerk even tells me to download the app saying it gives you better deals.
