“The owner is very kind and patient. I don't know a ton about cars, but the few times I've been there he's always been a good listener when I try to explain my issues and is honest about the work that needs to be done. No unnecessary up-selling. Prices are very fair and work is quick. Recently, I mistakenly accused the owner of a repair being done incorrectly, and he politely pointed out after pulling up my receipt that he had not done that repair for me. I was very embarrassed after I realized the repair I was complaining about was done at a different shop, but he was extremely nice about it. I will absolutely be returning for any repair I need in the future (hopefully not soon?)!”

“I don't know if I even have the words to express how grateful I am for these guys ! I have had a string of problems with my truck and not only did they get out fast but they were so helpful . I had the truck in for a repair with them that they finished in one day. When it rains it pours about a week later I had another totally different issue and I was actually stranded in a parking lot because the engine wouldn't turn over.I was ready to breakdown and cry and they saved me once again within minutes of calling ! “These folks were AMAZING! I had tire that should have been at 39 psi, but was at 22. I showed up 45 minutes before their closing time and they still took me in. It was all done before closing. I didn't realize that they don't charge for repairs. What a relief as I had just had a $400 repair to my engine the day before. They were kind, courteous and fast! I'm from out of town (boyfriend lives in Clinton Township). I will utilize them if needed in the future.”

“Brought my car after my brakes went out, he had them fixed in a day. Told him about a issue I was having with the car after another place "fixed" it, he ran a test on it for free and got right to the bottom of that issue. Brought my car back in to get new tires, and again had it done quick. And I'll be bringing my car in to fix the issue the other place caused. In short, I'm extremely happy with the service here and how well they take care of the customers. I can not recommend them enough.”

“These gentlemen did phenomenal work on my car. I went in with a Groupon and an appointment to get an oil change and a brakes fix. They informed me that my hub bearing needed to be replaced, if not immediately then very soon. Which is really interesting, because I had taken my car into another local shop down the road, about three months ago for this exact issue. This other shop didn't tighten my axle nut properly. (Which a little background on that, I had to take my car into that other shop roughly seven times. They really messed my car up not just the hub bearing.) Mr. Breaks guys informed me that there was substantial damage to the hub bearing. These guys had no information whatsoever on the past maintenance or destruction of my vehicle. They identified and SOLVED an almost four month issue! Not only is their work profound, thier work is everything compared to what I've been sentenced to before by other repair shops. The customer service is great, all the gentlemen in the shop were extremely kind and allowed my to wait in their waiting room. One guy even asked if I needed a ride home, but I didn't have a way to pick my car back up. A ride home would have been silly, it only took one hour and a half for them to assess, identify, and fix my car. They ordered the hub bearing that I needed while I was sitting in their office, and still completed the job in an hour and a half! I'm used to waiting three days to a week for repairs like this! Stellar work, genuine business, very kind crew! Thank you guys so much! ❤️”
“Have used their dyno for NASA certifications and some dyno time to have someone remote tune my car on a few occasions.Dave always makes sure I’m set up and have everything I need. If I have a question he’s always ready to drop what he’s doing and help.Chris at the front desk makes sure they charge fair for the dyno time but doesn’t stick it to you like some other shops.Stand up crew and would highly recommend these guys!”
“I had a Saturday appointment to get new tires and was going to try to get an alignment too.
I decided to come on a Friday at 8 am to try to get an alignment right when they opened as alignments are "first come, first serve". I arrived at 7:50 am with one other customer in the parking lot ahead of me. The other customer ahead of me only needed new tires, so, I was thankful he did not need an alignment too.
I was called up to the counter next, my car was brought in for an alignment, and I cancelled the appointment I had for the next day to get tires installed as we put the tires on too.
Alignment and four new Hankook Kinergy ST tires all installed in under an hour....I was surprised how fast they were at driving my car up to be picked up. They had 12 cars that came in behind me, so they were getting quite busy.
I drove away and was surprised how good the 33 year old Camry drove... alignment needed more than I thought....car feels new again...lol”

“My experience with the repairs for my car did take longer than expected but, during that time they were thoughtful & considerate. Over & above in waiving the deductible, offering a free loaner, stay later or come in on a Saturday for me to get my car & paid some of the rental bill.
