I've been a Verizon customer for many years and I went to this store yesterday to get upgrades for me and my son and Andre was by far the best sales rep I've every had. He's very knowledgeable and informative about all the promotions, plans, products, payments and warranty. I was really impressed with his service. Verizon needs more reps like Andre in their stores.

Extremely poor customer service, I highly recommend not dealing with the boy with the Rastafarian haircut.He was extremely rude ,obviously his parents failed to raise him correctly. I'm really quite surprised that management lets this type of stuff happen. My issue happened on 12/31/24 at 10:30 in the morning.

customer service is absolutely terrible. it took 3 times to turn in a trade in phone because everytime I came in they told me different requirements. it took no less than an hour for someone to even talk to me all 3 times. I'm legitimately considering canceling verizon over this.

Warranty replacement screen protector should be done in store and applied by a verizon tech such as the original installation of the screen protector in the verizon store is. How is making people jump through hoops good customer service?

If you guys choose to come here which I wouldn’t recommend DON’T work with LANCE!! I came with my mom to get information on the iPhone 16 and my mom needed her phone fixed and we also needed my grandma‘s fixed so he told us we were under warranty and told me that my grandma‘s phone can actually get replaced but my mom‘s phone couldn’t get replaced and had to be sent to Ubreakifix. We had two separate appointments scheduled for two different days. He was supposed to send my grandma’s number over to uBreakiFix to have that phone fixed and sent my brothers instead Who has no problem with this phone and on top of that when me and my mom came into our appointment at uBreakiFix they told us that her phone can actually get fully replaced after he told us that hers couldn’t I went back in to tell them what’s going on because I didn’t understand what was happening and he spoke to me with the worst attitude and told me he doesn’t even remember me or my mom but then told me that he gave a receipt to the person that was with me, so he remembered who I was and lied to me. After I was fed up, they could see I was frustrated. The manager couldn’t even look me in the eye and was giving me attitude. We are never coming back and I highly do not recommend you guys go to this place go to any other Verizon but this one.

Phill the store manager is amazing!! I have gone to 3 different stores before this with the same issue and no one communicated with me a simple thing.he automatically helped me and was super kind highly recommend this store.

I visited Verizon with a phone that wasn’t working at all. Once at the store the customer service representative looked at me and said “I think you’re gonna have to call Verizon”…….. I panned the entire store and said? Call Verizon? I was totally under the impression that I’m IN AN ACTUAL Verizon store? He walked directly into that one and got what he deserved. He also lost my business and any other business my colleagues, friends or family might have been interested in. C’mon man. Filter your responses before you make yourself look bad in public. I’m not naming names….Mike Meloche. Okay I am. It’s for the sake of the community.

We had an appointment today at 12pm, no clue why they make you have an appointment when they don’t even help you on your appointment time. Rayneshia checked us in at the door, let me start by saying if I could rate this store zero stars I would! Waited for 45 min after our 12pm appointment and still wasn’t helped. Horrible experience, don’t bother with this store. We walked out and received a text message that she cancelled our appointment. She couldn’t be bothered to walk over and at least say we’rebacked up, it’ll be a few minutes. What happened to customer service? No one cares anymore, they just want to make the money but don’t give a damn about helping people!
