Really pleased with the quality of work and speed of repair I had done with these guys. I have a pair of chukka boots that I love and have worn the soles down to nothing, a few other shops quoted me $125-175 for new soles and heels being rebuilt, which seemed high for the original price of the boots. Utica did the work for a more fair price, had a quicker turn around time, and the quality of work makes my boots look brand new. The guys working there were friendly on the phone and in person, I will not hesitate to go back whenever I need more leather work done!

I would highly recommend them!! They altered loose straps on a pair of slingback shoes I needed for a very special event. They did a fabulous job and in such a timely manner!! Great customer service and quality work!!!

They haven't disappointed me yet. I've had two pairs of boots re-soled here. A pair of Red Wings and a pair of cheap boots. There's another 'cobbler' closer and I'll still drive the extra 15 minutes to Utica Shoe Service instead. They have the equipment and the knowledge that the other place doesn't.
10/10, would recommend.

I took my Red Wing boots there to get resoled on Wednesday and pick them up on Saturday. Awesome job and awesome service! The only place I will go from now own!

Quick turn around and quality work. They resoled my Berks and attached the straps back on for a pair of heel wedges that I love. I will be going back again for any shoe repair services.

I needed my Red Wings reshod as the midsole had begun to dry rot.
The Red Wings store on Mound was more expensive so, based on the glowing reviews, I came here
The people were very friendly, jovial even.
They explained that the midsole could not be replaced without replacing the entire sole, too.
The only real complaint I have is they don't call you when the work is done. About a month after I dropped them off, I slid in to check on them and found they were done and ready to be picked up.
The work is expert and they feel like I just took them off. Kudos.

These guys are amazing!!! I had a pair of suede boots that I accidentally got avocado oil on. They are my absolute favorite boots and I was heartbroken. These guys not only cleaned them but dyed them the exact color! They are perfect! Utica Shoe is affordable, professional and give wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!
