I want to highlight the personalized level of customer service and care I received from Andre Smith the District Manager. He went out of his way to resolve a delivery hiccup and treated me with dignity and respect even though I was initially aggitated. His management style reflects and ethos of placing the customer first. I can sleep well knowing I am in good hands with Andre and his team. Thank you!

I got a mattress from them and they gave me a fantastic deal with great customer service. Then I got a box spring from them for an even better deal, but I couldn't fit it up my stairs, so they let me return it and gave me a complete refund. They gave me recommendations for box springs to look for online as well. An absolutely wonderful place and team!!

Bought one mattress there, after one week it had a valley, they said for a thousand bucks more you could get a better mattress, it was better for one month then did the same thing. It' lot of money for a poor product.

I went in to just to get a price quote on a box spring, end up buying 2 queen sizes, and the gentleman helping me was fantastic and the delivery service was amazing.
