Very helpful guide. Clean relaxing atmosphere. Truly enjoyed my experience. I wish they had more locations. It was almost 2 hours to get there but worth every minute.

I had my 1st Float experience on 7/11/24. It was amazing! Beginning from the call to inquire up until my time of arrival, I was met with kindness and professionalism from the staff. This is my new place for the "Me time" that I deserve! A+

Very peaceful, clean , friendly staff. I will go back to have the experience again. I took 2 other people with me and they enjoyed themselves as well. We all left uplifted and light!!!

Very friendly, clean, and relaxing. Left feeling great. I was a little chilly at times. Confusing on when my time was up. Would definitely give it another try.

Water was way too hot. They said it’s 94 degrees like body temperature but I swear I got up about 4 times to get out of the water to cool off. Atmosphere was great. I enjoyed the first 10 minutes of the float but after that, I got so hot I could hear my pulse thru my ears with the ear plugs in. Wouldn’t go back, gonna try to find another place that hopefully doesn’t keep their water that warm.

This was our first float experience and Tyler made it smooth and comfortable. The spa is sparkly clean and each pod has its own private shower. They provide everything (slippers, towels, toiletries). The float pod was warm and relaxing and the recovery room was cozy. Can't wait for our 2nd visit. I would recommend bringing your own hairbrush.

Pros: Very clean facility, friendly staff, super comfortable float experience.Cons: There should be a bench to sit on to get dressed and a handrail to climb out (a little tricky, once you’re wet and slippery.) Also, a mirror would have helped. (See below.)Humorous: Luckily, I stopped to use the bathroom because that’s when I saw the ring of salt around my face - I looked like a margarita glass. Also, during my float, I rolled over and my butt floated around like Captain Underpants in the Thanksgiving Day Parade. Wheeee!

Relaxing environment. Super friendly n helpful staff. Love to decompress in a pod. Always feel excellent after a float. Kinda wish the package costs weren't so confusing tho, but I get confused fairly easily

Amazing Amazing experience.Been a True Rest Customer for almost 2 years and I LOVE IT!!! In this busy world - a float is a well needed opportunity for some quiet respite to rest and recharge. Customer Service is Exceptional and Utica Location is so beautiful!! Highly Recommend. Ps If you haven't floated before - try it! so rejuvenating.
