Tony, Tina, and Chris were all amazing to work with! We had a computer at work that wouldn't turn on at all, and they personally picked it up and fixed it and brought it back to us, working properly! Thank you guys for your great work and quick action!! Tony even texted a day later to make sure everything was going well. Very personable and we will use them again!

I live in Utica and I was so happy to find a place to repair my home computer. When my PC decided to stop working I took it to T-tech based on the good reviews and I'm glad I did. Landon took care of the issue and I had it back the next day. I highly recommend.

Not open when they said they are. I showed up 50-55 mins after opening (8:55) and the office was closed. Called and their message said they were open. No one answered.

Our HERO is the only way to describe how we feel about T-Tech! We own a dental office in downtown Utica and our server decided to stop working without any warning. We had no way of getting into our schedule, files, or x-rays. We are a high tech office so everything is digital including our x-rays. T-tech overnighted a motherboard (yes...that’s a real thing and very important) to our office and had us up and running in less than 24 hours. They rebuilt a server in a couple hours, we did not lose any data, and they kept us calm by giving us frequent updates on the status. If you are having any type of computer issue, please stay calm, and call T-tech. You will be thankful that you did. Thank you T-tech!!!

Initially called, looking to use the Rochester location (closest to my house). I was advised that Eric was the expert for my brand of laptop. And he was in the Utica office, also not far from my house. I took it there and was quoted a great price and advised of the time frame for the parts order.Apparently, my laptop repair had "complications" and required more parts and labor. But they made it right, while keeping me apprised of the problems and progress! I can't say enough about their "quality first" work ethic!!! Would recommend T-Tech to any and everyone.

We had an issue with our PC and dealt with Eddie from the Utica location. His service was excellent as he was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure that all of our needs were met.
