I like this store, but today I felt like I was being pressured to up grade my membership. I was at self checkout, it was 4 minutes before 10am. Your employee was rude and told me that I'm not allowed to enter the store until 10. I know I can't checkout until 10, but 4 minutes is not that big of a deal. BJs let's anyone in at 8am, maybe ya'll should change your policy so people can checkout and shop at 9am. You pick and choose who can shop and what time. Some of us can't afford to pay you $110 a year to shop at your store. I will have to think if I'm going to renew my membership when it expires. Thank you, Rowenna Harless

The tire shop has cheap tire deals sometimes but if you need a nail hole in tread fixed they tell you tread is too low for them to fix. This is horse**** though, as my tires were not at their wear indicators yet. The nail was also in an ideal spot for repair, away from the side. It was a poor attempt to get me to purchase another set of tires before I needed to. The tire tech twirled his tread depth indicator in the front of my face, but could not answer my question on what the tread depth was exactly and in what location did he measure it? (Tread depth is as low as you want it to be if you measure on the side edge of the tire, even when new. That is not where you measure.) He was not interested in showing me as I am "not allowed in the bay" apparently. So I called his bluff and I left. Do not think the tire service protection charge added during your Sam's tire purchase really means anything, at least at this particular shop. Getting a fix at a real tire shop was no problem and a tire-dealer up the street (Belle Tire) had no problem fixing my tire the very next day and they agreed that the tread depth was fine.

We are a company we have a order and when we arrived here in the location, we give them the park number the guy he came with very attitude and he stopped asking about ID with your company who you are the art he has it I will fire him. It’s very bad that I got inside. I talk with the manager there. He’s very nice person. Very good guy educated, talk with me nice we don’t need this kind of attitude. If you have a problem to work on Sunday go home if you have a problem with color go home if we have a problem with your wife go home not thank you for the manager who fix the problem.

Grocery delivery I spent $200 on didn’t arrive. Spent 30 min on hold last Saturday waiting to talk to a manger with no answer. Called back today and asked to speak to a manager and their response was the manager is too busy. The workers seemed to really want to help but zero managers willing to communicate!! Sad! Your job is your customers! Come on Sam”s club!

I am beyond upset. Last week in person I ordered a 84 CT cookie tray and 60 cupcakes half chocolate half vanilla. All 60 with purple buttercream and silver sprinkes. Then 30 half choco half vanilla with vanilla.and.choco frosting.Got a call yesterday says they are all.out of vanilla cupcakes. I said fine but please keep the frosting as I ordered. Get there today all 90 are chocolate cupcake with purple frosting and no cookie tray. Their response was oh well. Can't fix it.now. This is my wedding. How dare you. I'll never order from their bakery again. I knew I should've went to Costco. Not a discount or even an apology. I got an Oh well can't fix it now. Oh and I talked to them about this TWICE on the phone after ordering in person a week ago. So beyond missed!

This store is almost always late with our pickup order. They have a great selection, but it has become so prevalant that I am considering switching memberships.

THE WORST STORE EVER. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE and IF when they do they HANG UP right away. I called a few days ago because I didn't get my groceries delivered. They were two days late and no one contacted me to let me know what was going on by phone or EmaiI. So I called the store and the manager answered the phone and instead of helping me to find out what was going on she passed me off to Curb Side delivery and the phone rang for 15 minutes and no one answered real surprising. Ha! Super bad customer service. What the hell am I PAYING FOR. We pay a membership fee for these services and then they get people that don't do their job. On top of that they don't save you money. Went to get baby back ribs $2.98lb and now they come in two packages Instead of 3 package. Kroger is $2.49lb. Where is the savings? Not a way to run a business. Get it together Sam's Club.
