The entire staff at the clinic are helpful, understanding and compassionate. It doesn’t matter my pets needs because I know they’ll always do everything they can here to make sure my pets are well cared for during every visit. They have provided my pets a lifetime of great client support, the best individual care possible, many healings but most importantly the gift of good health.

We recently had to put down our dog Rilo after 14 years. She was well taken care of here for many of those years, including the hard diagnosis of kidney disease and heart issues for the last three. They have been amazing through the whole process. The staff and Doctors are great and very compassionate. When we had to make the decision to put her down, they made sure to find a way to get her in on the same day that we decided and cried with us during the process. Dr. Collins is amazing and the entire staff is incredible. Also a special shout out to Kimber, who has been amazing through this entire process and answers all of our questions anytime we call and was instrumental in getting us in last Friday so that we could put her down peacefully with dignity. Thank you to all of you.

They won't take new animals here. Called 1 moth prior. Was told to call at end of June for august appointment. Called today and was told to call two weeks from now for august. Other review said the same thing. They just give a run around and won't take new patients. If I call back in a couple weeks from now I'll just get the same thing, to call in a couple weeks...

Best Doggo Doctors ever plus they are reasonably priced, cheap even compared to some places around here.
My parents used to bring my Shepard here in the 80's and 90's and they have taken excellent care of all 5 of the dogs I've had as an adult.

They are the best… We’ve been going to the animal clinic for our dogs for over 25 years and I have never had a bad experience recently we had to put one of our boxer boys down.. they were so caring and understanding. We just felt a lot of love in such a sad time ! ????

Call these people if you want ZERO HELP, ZERO SUGGESTIONS, ZERO COMPASSION and if RUDENESS (af) rings your bell. They're not there to help you or animals. Period. We were able to catch three (adorable) stray kittens living under our house on Christmas Day. As a result, I've spent the past two days looking to relinquish them to a no kill shelter in hope that they'd find a good & loving home. I contacted several local shelters, humane society and animal control centers only to get no help. No suggestions and passed off. I spoke with a person at this facility yesterday and was told to call back tomorrow to speak with someone about fostering the kittens. When I called back magically there is no room.... I think you live in another service area... every excuse under the Sun. There's also no suggestions - other than to try and pawn my call off to another community. Not even an offer of a telephone number, website, pamphlet, brochure... Guess I sounded too AFRICAN AMERICAN to get serviced today. Note to this facility - get out of this kind of business if your intent is NOT to be a RESOURCE FOR THE COMMUNITY YOU SERVE. Totally understand that you can't save every creature also that sometimes things aren't possible but if it's your MISSION to care for animals... would be nice if at minimum you acted like you give a damn about the cause. Grosse Pointe shelter was the only facility that actually offered suggestions/ideas to help these animals. Well done! Heads above all the rest who are just lip service.
